Being the Big sister of avatar aang had ups and and downs, well that's what people think. being a 16 year old girl who ran away with their little brother only to get frozen for 100 years ends up with mostly downs.

Today was kinda odd I wasn't woken up by Zuko's yelling I wasn't woken up at all so like a normal sleep deprived teen I over slept eventually Rina came in to wake me up. I hadn't seen her in a bit so I didn't hit her with air or rather fire I haven't been able to air bend since coming aboard.
"Y/n? Prince Zuko said he needed you on shore." Rian said softly.
"For what?" I groaned groggily, last night suddenly came back to me and I jolted up.
"he's still trying to find out about your bending..." Rina told me it seemed like she wasn't telling me something but I didn't want to pressure her.
"ok tell him I'll be there soon." I said. Rina bowed respectfully then left. I didn't understand why but she did. I got up but noticed by normal air bender clothes were gone, in their place was a fire nation style outfit made of red and black fabric with gold accents.
"what the??" I held up the outfit it was shaped somewhat like my old outfit but less obvious that I was an air nomad. (something like this)

I was supprised but since I couldn't just wear my Pajamas I had to put the new outfit on. I walked out onto the deck to find Zuko. I found him talking with two of his men it seemed like a debriefing. he seemed irritated with the two.
"now someone get Y/n!!" Zuko shouted. the men looked nervous now which was starnge, well what wasn't a bit off today.
"no need I'm right here." I said making my presence known. Zuko looked over to me and walked over he didn't seem as mad now.
"Y/n what took you so long?" Zuko asked concerned.
"Well someone swapped my clothes so I was a bit confused." I told him.
"Do you like the new outfit though?" Zuko asked. I was taken back, what's going on today?? after a bit of hesitation I told him
"Yeah. It's nice to have new clothes." there was so much more I wanted to say but I ended up just thanking him after that.
We went onto shore to look for Aang I'll be honest it was pretty boring, until we noticed Iroh was missing.
"Y/n your coming with me, to find him. you too go south." Zuko ordered. the two men went south. once they were out of sight I asked.
"hey maybe I could look from the sky?" I suggested.
"No you can search on the ground with me!" he snapped, but with how odd today has been I ignored it.
Zuko and I went around trying to find Iroh we eventally found him in a hot spring.
"Uncle we need to go the avatar is close I can feel it!" Zuko yelled.
"ahh but the waters nice you should come in. I warmed it myself." Iroh said.after a bit more concvincing Iroh agreed...
but he was completly naked ZUko's hand imidietly went to cover my eyes.
"You know take a bit longer." Zuko said akwardly "BUT BE BACK AT SUNSET!" He yelled and once again Zuko grabbed my arm and dragged me away.
"Where are we going now?" I questioned
"I dunno!!" Zuko yelled he was clearly embarrassed.
We ended up back at port where we just kinda walked around a bit we were both quite for a bit until Zuko spoke up
"Do you have a family besides from the avatar?" He asked I was taken back... The answer of course was no I was raised by monks no one had any family except for siblings...
"Aside from Aang no..." I said quietly. I was saddened by this I had always wanted to know my parents, but I never did the closest I had was my mentor.
"I did have a mentor she was like my mom, her name was Lisa she was the best!" I cheered I cracked a smile thinking about her.
"Do you miss the air temple?" Zuko asked.
"No. And I never will." I replied flatly. Zuko picked it up as a sensitive topic and dropped the issue.
In what felt like no time at all it was sunset, we went back to the ship only to find Iroh was gone. Zuko got mad and took one of his creepy rino lizards to find. But as usual he dragged me along.
We arrived at where he was to find him gone in his place was rocks...
"Earth benders??" I was confused.
"Looks like it." Zuko said then mounted his rino lizards. I got on too.
"What would earth benders want with him?" I questioned.
"Well he did try to conquer ba sing sei." Zuko told me. The wind song indicated that it was a sad topic for Zuko and his uncle so I left it be.
After a long while we found a slipper(?) Zuko got off picked it up and smelled the nasty old slipper.
"ZUKO!? What're you doing that could be diseased!!" I exclaimed in worry.
"It's not diseased it's from my uncle.* He said flatly. He got back on and for some reason kept the slipper??
It took awhile to find him but we did he was about to have his hands crushed by a huge rock!
"Oh no you don't." I snarled. Zuko and I came in. I blasted fire as a distraction and Zuko did a downward kick that broke Iroh's chains.
"Give up it's 3 to 5! Your clearly outnumbered" One early. Bender yelled.
"Yes but you are clearly outmatched." Iroh said he was mostly naked still. But he did break a rock coming at him with the remainder of chains on his wrist.
It was an easy win... But something felt wrong about this I helped the fire nation aren't they supposed to be my enemy?
