Well on with the story

Y/n pov

We were flying for a while now but I noticed that we were going down.

"Hey aang why are we going down?" Sokka asked before I could. Aang said nothing

"Aang? You there?" I asked.

"Huh? Yeah I'm here!" Aang said

"Why are we going down?" Sokka asked again.

"Oh we're going down?" Aang questioned.

"Yes we are, are you feeling alright?" I asked.

"Yeah it's just- it feels like the swamp is calling me" aang explained. I listened for a moment.

"Yeah there's someone down there a lot of someones!" I noticed

"How can you tell?" Katara asked. I shrugged.

"Quit doing that!" Sokka suddenly yelled. "How do you know everything!" Sokka demanded. I sighed.

"It's a skill I picked up. listening to the wind" I admitted. I then had to explain what the heck I meant.

"How long have you been doing that?" Katara asked.

"My whole life pretty much." I told them.

"And you never told me?" Aang asked.

I felt guilty immediately, but I wanted to keep this a secret back then heck I still do!! I have no idea why I explained this to them!!

"So are we leaving or what?" Sokka asked

"Yeah I think we should" katara said.

"Alright fine" aang said then we flew up.

"Aang you might wanna yip yip faster!" I said after noticing a tornado coming at us.

We were all swept in. Aang tried to make an air barrier I tried helping, but instead of air fire came.

"Why does this keep happening!?" I yelled in anger. Aang couldn't keep up the barrier and we went flying, appa and momo went the other direction though. we crashed down into the swampy water.

"is everyone alright" Aang asked.

"mostly." I replied.

"where did that come from?" Katara wondered.

"The swamp probably used it to bring us down" I told them. Aang hopped up the trees and looked around to see if he could find Appa. He didn't see them anywhere.

"Well we need to search on foot then" I explained

"Ok but let's stick together." Katara requested. Aang nodded in agreement. We started walking sokka was leading us chopping our plants.

"Sokka the more you do that the more I think you shouldn't" katara told him.

"Oh calm down they're just plants" sokka said annoyed.

"No this place feels alive" aang explained.

"There are alive things and if we don't want to get eaten we need to keep moving" sokka argued. I rolled my eyes.

"We should make camp it's getting dark" I explained. We found a big hollowed out tree and set up a fire.

"Does anyone else feel like we're being watched" katara asked.

"That's Probably because we are being watched" I explained but seeing her and aang hug in fear I sighed. "It's probably nothing don't worry!" I told them with a smile.

"Yeah y/n is right there's nothing to worry about!" Sokka yelled causing a bird to give a human like scream. I flinched while sokka katara and Aang all huddled together.

I sighed before I knew it we were all asleep. But I felt the wind trying to wake me up. 

"Danger!" it whispered repeatedly. Sometimes I wish the wind wasn't always there, but as realization hit mey eyes jerked open. But it was too late we were all swiftly dragged away by vines

"Let go you crazy plant" I yelled I punched it with fire repeatedly. Before hopping away with air.

The vines gave chase not wanting me to escape I guess but I heard singing for a moment.

"I know that song" I realized I went to the source and saw- Lisa??

"Hey hey Y/n" she smiled.

"How're you hear you died!" I exclaimed. She simply laughed and kept singing.

"Lisa this is serious I need to find Aang and katara and to a lesser extent sokka!" I told her she looked at me with a grim Expression.

"Sokka is apart of your team!" She told me sternly.

"How? He hates me!" I yelled

"A team isn't about liking someone!" She fired back. I looked away to take a breath but when I looked back she was gone! "Lisa? no don't leave me again." i fell to my knees. i wanted to cry, something about her felt off though.

"Should i meditate and talk to her about it?" I wondered. suddenly i herd familiar screaming.

I ran over to see Sokka Katara and Aang tumbled into each other.

"What are you guys doing?" Sokka yelled I chuckled.

"At least we're all together again." I said. we each explained that we saw something, even Sokka who still insisted thare was nothing special about this swamp.

"Stop acting like it's magic!" sokka insisted but I noticed a vine creeping up his leg

"Sokka look out!" I called I slashed the vine with air only to see a bunch of vines formed together attacking us.

I started blasting It with fire Aang slashed it with air After a bit we saw the person inside.

"Stop attacking!" I yelled, and surprisingly they did.

they explained that what we saw was visions of people we lost.

"but what about me? mine was a girls I'd never met!" Aang exclaimed

"your the avatar you tell me." The man said.

"it's someone I will meet?"

"Correct!" the man then expalined how we were all connected Aang realized something and put his hand to the tree roots. his tattoos started o glow after a minute he spoke.

"I found Appa let's hurry!" he yelled we rushed along to find him in a net. Katara water bended at them. a bunch of swamp people bended back.

"Wait your a water bender!" one exclaimed

"So are you!" Katara said

"that means we're kin" They smiled. 

we went to there camp and explained our story. after a bit we left again we needed to keep moving!
