"a secret entrance why didn't we take it last time?" Sokka asked.

"probably because it's the sewers." I told him he ignored me. we went in Katara bending the water around her Aang and I blasting it to our sides. once on the other side Sokka was covered in sewer water. Katara blasted it off with water, he had an odd creature on him.

"AHH GET IT OFF!!" he yelled.

"Quiet down!" I called.

"calm down it's just a purple pentapus." Aang told him then tickled them and pulled them off.

"thanks Aang." Sokka sighed.

"HEY! what're you doing out past curfew?" we heard a fire nation soldier yell. 

"oh we were just on our way home." Katara told them. the man noticed i was in fire nation clothes.

"You make sure this doesn't happen again" He told me. I bowed respectfully.

"of course sir." i told him. we started to walk away but saw the red marks on Sokka.

"what's wrong with him?" he asked

"he has pentapolks sir!" i told him

"It's very contagious  we should get him home!" Katara insisted. Sokka faked sick pretty well and soon we were off to find Bumi.

"So Bumi really lived for 100 years?" I asked.

"YEP!" Aang cheered. I smiled at him but we saw big boulders coming down about to hit some people. Aang swiftly blasted to rocks away the people about to get hit were fire nation.

"IT'S THE RESISTANCE!!" A woman yelled.

"Let's move!" Sokka yelled they started running i for some reason froze.

"C'mon Y/n!" Katara yelled before grabbing my arm and dragging me along. one of them a girl with black hair came at us with knifes  katara blocked her with ice, and after a bit the rocks beneath us moved. as we fell I heard the wind tell me that was Mai a friend of the fire nation princess.

we landed and saw ourselves with the resistance. 

"Is Bumi with you? is he leading the resistance?" Aang asked excitedly.

"no. on the day of the invasion he did nothing!" The leader yelled. he explained what had happned and how Bumi surrendered

"Well why fight? why not live and fight another day?" I suggested. after a bit they agreed.

"Well how would we get everyone else?" The leader questioned.

"You're all gonna come down with a case of pentapox." Sokka told them.

we got a bunch of purple pentapus and they even got me an earth kingdom outfit!

"you look sick but you need to act it too." Sokka expalined an old man came by acting perfectly.

"see like him" Sokka said.

"years of practice" the man smiled.

"c'mon Aang lets go." I told him.

"no I need to find Bumi." He told me gripping his glider.

"alright let's go." I told him.

"no you go with them. I don't want to risk losing you to the fire nation again." Aang told me.

"if your sure." I told him I went with the others. 

we waited for Aang away from the city, the resistance did a head count while waiting. I noticed Momo flying towards up a Abby on his tail.

"Momo what'd you do?" I asked he chirped in panic as the baby stuck to him.

"Wait that baby is the governor's kid!" the leader exclaimed Aang came flying back during our discussion of what to do.

"This baby isn't a killer!" I yelled.

"Of course you'd say that!" Sokka yelled back. I scowled at him.

"this is a baby they didn't do anything wrong and you dare accuse him of choosing their birth nation?" I spat. Sokka looked frightened. "I know what that feels like I won't let you do what the monks did." I told him

"What'd the monks do?" Aanga sked. I didn't even realize he was there.

"Welcome back Aang." I told him.

"What did the monks do?" He asked again.

"Don't worry about it." I said.

"I'M GOING TO WORRY!" Aang shouted. "You're my big sister yet you've been keeping so many secrets." He started crying.

"Aang I- I have to keep some things from you." I tried to explain

"Like how you fell in love? How you ever feel?" Aang cried.

"Aang I'm sorry but as your big sister I'm supposed to protect you! that's my job-" I tried to talk.

"no your job is to help me to be my friend!" Aang shouted before running off. Katara chased after him, meanwhile I stood frozen with Sokka looking a t me with sympathy.

"Y/n I-" 

"ruined everything? I'm aware." I interrupted Sokka and glided off.

I found myself on a high peak looking out at omashu seeing the flags of the people I once admired.  I fell to my knees.

"Why'd I have to fall in love?" I sobbed. the wind went silent giving me room to think my thoughts. for a bit I thought about how much I didn't want to be In love, then it transition into I did fall in love, with someone who cares someone who loves me from me.

after a bit my mind was replaying my favorite memories with Zuko, before I knew it I had a big smile on my face. once I stood up to go back I saw a messenger hawk flying towards camp. I flew after it. it landed and we read the message.

"They think we kidnapped Tom Tom they're willing to trade him for King Bumi" Sokka read.

"We have too!" Aang exclaimed

the next morning they went to the meet up spot where they saw three women from the fire nation, one being Mai the other two the wind said were Ty lee and princess azula. I wasn't supposed to be there so i was hiding in the back I changed back into my fire nation outfit to avoid being seen.

Bumi was being brought down. things seemed to be going well.

"A thought just accrued to me." Azula smirked. "we're trading a bender a very powerful bender for a two year old." 

"your right Azula that's not a fair trade" Mai agreed and thus a battle broke out. I tried to jump in but my air bending cut out suddenly. I cursed under my breath as i tried to find a way up to them.

"I thought i was over this." I grumbled. I saw Aang and Bumi well rather Aang riding on Bumi's cage thing. they were being chased by azula. I tried to follow but dang were they fast by the time i was there it was over. Bumi gave some advice to Aang and before i knew it we left.
