Theodora's pov
~

He was just here. Watching me.

I couldn't quite comprehend it at first. Why I had awoken under the pretense that an unwelcome presence was near. Until I'd seen his dark shadow exiting the view of my bedroom window. He never completely left, however. I still felt him watching me, stalking me as though I were some prey. Lurking within the depths of the bushes surrounding my bedroom window.

I'd felt his hand gently caressing my cheek. Whispering blissful nothings into the atmosphere of the chilly dark morning. I felt as his calloused fingers traced over the line of my lips before drawing the digit along the edge of my jawline. He'd taken his time to commit every detail to his memory.

I hadn't thought anything of it until a few moments later when I'd realized it wasn't a dream. He was really here. I hadn't waken in enough time to see him fully though, just a bit of his back and his huge shadow.

I had practically fallen out of bed to lock my window. How he got in? I don't know. I made sure to double check every night before going to bed that my windows and doors were locked. I need to find a way to prevent this intruder from coming into my home from here on out, that much I do know.

Omnipresent pov
~

Finn lie restlessly awake in the discomfort of his lonesome bed, longing for the innocently perfect -imperfect girl who knew nothing of his existence.

He'd thought back to earlier this morning when he'd made the rash decision to sneak into her home. He'd made a promise to only look, but he found himself inching closer to the girl, hand extended slightly. His curiosity and fleshly desire to touch the girl ultimately weakened the promise he made to himself. Gently, he stroked the smooth skin of her cheek. This having been the first time he'd been able to touch this heavenly creature.

With his hands gently tucked behind his head, thoughts of the girl only seemed to create more chaos in his mind, yet sooth his blatant obsession and aching desire for her.

He thought about how he had so foolishly promised not to hinder the pure beauty and grace of her slumber. Finn gazed at Theo's peaceful face as the gentle beam of moonlight flittered through the curtains, allowing the darkness and dim illumination to dance a reflection on its flawless surface. Her chest rose and fell with slow, steady breaths as she slept. He marveled at how beautiful and serene she looked.

Gently, he reached out and brushed a stray lock of hair from her forehead, tucking it back under her purple silk bonnet. His fingers lingered, lightly tracing the curve of her perfect facial features. He'd committed every last detail of her to his memory, never skipping and inch. Theo stirred slightly at his touch but didn't wake.

As he watched over her, Finn felt a wave of love and protectiveness wash over him. In that quiet moment, he silently whispered sweet words to the sleeping beauty.

He placed a soft kiss on her temple before pulling back from her. He listened to her quiet breathing until he'd seen her slowly coming to. He left quickly and watched a little longer from the comfort of her bushes before excusing himself off of her property.

He lightly touched the skin of his lips just thinking of the electrifying trail of sparks they left after being connected to the skin of her forehead. He knew he needed to find a way to introduce himself to her and quickly. Find an excuse, any excuse to introduce himself in her life. And after all was said and done, he'd have her all for himself.

When Finn had seen her as he usually did that next morning, he couldn't help but ponder the idea of how they'd spend the rest of their lives together.

Him coming home, her back turned to him, oblivious to his presence. He would watch her, observe her from a distance then slowly move towards her. She would smell him before she saw him, consumed by his intoxicating pheromones. And as she would turn to him, a smile tugging at her lips, his hands would go reaching for her hips. She would spin right into his chest, cheeks burning with a vibrant red blush, evidence as to the spark and attraction she still felt for ahim years down the line. They would forever be in love as though they were meeting for the first time again every single time. It was perfect. He longed for such perfection. He longed for her.

There was nothing he wouldn't do for her.

Nothing.

His heart raced for some reason, pounding against his rib cage with a force he could not quite describe. Maybe a mix of anxiousness and a sense of urgency. He'd never been so nervous to talk to anyone before let alone a woman.

Finally mustering up enough courage to approach the beautiful girl, he allowed his legs to take him to her.

Only she was not there. Where had she gone in his few moments of delusion that he had not noticed her get up and leave?

He turned to leave, only before colliding with the short other worldly beauty He'd come to visit to begin with. Her sweet smelling scent caught his nostrils which he had minimal time to digest as he was worried about her physical wellbeing.

She had dropped her book and lost her footing in the process. She had nearly tumbled backwards had he not reached his arms out to wrap protectively around her. One rested comfortably around her waist while he used his hand to cradled the back of her head.

This felt right. Her in his arms. Him protecting her. Sadly he could not stay like this forever. He lifted her up with ease, helping her gain her balance back.

"I'm really sorry." He stated, standing to give her, her book back.

'It's ok.' She signed to him, smiling at him softly.

'Are you okay?' He signed back, staring down at her with eyes as though he could not believe that he was finally talking to the girl of his dreams.

She nodded her head yes, genuinely baffled by the fact that he knew sign language. It wasn't everyday that she met a hearing person that knew sign language, she considered it a luxury, actually. She was not fully deaf however. In her left ear she had total hearing loss but in the right a little over 70% of hearing. Even still, she was mute and mostly deaf so sign language was her only form of communication.

'Are you hard of hearing as well?' She asked, not wanting to actually jump to conclusions.

'My little sister is actually,' he began a bit more confident in his approach now. 'I actually came over here in hopes of getting to take you out on a date." He finished, helping her back over to her table.

She pondered the suggestion for a little bit. Thoughts of her stalker and the dangers it might bring to him or even her and the simple fact that she did not even know this man much, at all really. Though he seemed like a nice enough guy, she still wasn't all that sure about a date with him. If she were being honest, he was probably the most handsome man she had ever met but that did not change the fact the she did not know him.

'If it helps, I am interested in being friends first.' He offered to which she responded with a polite smile and nod.

'I would like that a lot' she replied.

'My name is, Finn.'

'Theodora.' She smiled brightly at him.

He had finally done it. Introduced himself to the creature of perfection and beauty.

His perfect obsession.
