Show, shoot, interviews, and photoshoots.
That was our past month in a nutshell. Season 2 had just aired, and the feedback from our fans was amazing. Their warmth and support always blew me away.
As expected, the first episode shocked most viewers, especially the love scenes. 'Trust me guys, I felt the same when I first read the script'.
I thought it would be easy for us to shoot that parts considering of our strong bond....,and of course because of what happened between us behind the camera. However, everything changed when filming started, It turned out to be quite the opposite.
Kissing Faye in front of everyone made me feel awkward. Not because I was afraid of touching her, but because I feared losing control of my emotions.
If it was just me and Faye, it wouldn’t be an issue. But with a crowd watching and filming us, it was a different story. Faye's playful antics didn’t help either; she seemed to intentionally mess up, especially during the kissing scenes, which required us to share some passionate moments.
I lost count of how many times we had to retake those scenes, but what stuck in my mind was her smirk when it was finally over. I wanted to thank all the Gods for helping me managed to stay calm and compose all throughout the shoot despite my partners' shenanigans.
We put a lot of effort into filming the challenging scenes in episode 1. One of that was the bar scene where I had to fight back and confront Faye.
We were really worried when she had to go to the hospital because her shoulder was swelling from the constant beatings. She needed an MRI to make sure it wasn’t severe.
I felt guilty because I was the one who did that to her. But she assured me not to worry because it was part of our job.
Receiving such positive feedback felt like a reward for all our hard work. We'll be forever thankful to all the people who's always there to support us since day one.
We were currently inside the van, heading to an interview and photoshoot for one of a well known magazines. They had sent us the details, but kept some questions hidden, saying it would be fun if our answers were raw and unprepared. They assured us that both managements had approved the questions.
The idea ease my overthinking mind.
I leaned back in my chair, trying to find a comfortable position to sleep since the venue was far from our current location.
As I shifted, I suddenly felt something soft on my neck. When I take a look at it, I was shocked seeing a cute hamster neck pillow. I was thrilled!
I look at the person capable of this wonderful present, But then my eyes widened when Faye revealed another pillow shaped like a walnut.
She handed it to me and said, "I saw this at the mall yesterday and thought it would suit you. Turns out I was right, you're now an official hamster." She smiled teasingly.
No matter how much she teased me, nothing could wash away my smile now, she already made my day. Especially these gifts.
She gently pushed my head to lean on her shoulder, making me more comfortable. Hugging my new favorite pillow, I heard her say, "Now I'm really starting to regret buying that."
"Why?" I pouted.
"Because you're hugging it tightly instead of me!" she pouted as well.
'oh seriously?!'
"Oh, come on now." I wrapped my arm around her and hugged her. She guided me to lay on her lap while she brushed my hair.
"That's more like it." She said and kissed the tip of my nose. "It's more comfortable, right?" I nodded.
