I was overwhelmed both physically and emotionally. Clinging to Faye's neck like a child, I pouted and showed her my right foot.

"My foot hurts."

Without second thought Faye bent down, reaching for my heels. She even placed her jacket on the floor so I could stand on it while she took off my shoes. It was princess treatment at its finest.

After removing my shoes, she turned around and offered her back for a piggyback ride. Smiling at how sweet my girlfriend was, I hopped on, hugging her neck tightly but not too tight so she could still breathe. I had no idea how she picked up her jacket from the floor while carrying me, but I soon noticed it was tied around her waist, with one side covering my skirt.

We started walking, talking about various topics and laughing at how random our conversations could be. It was all nonsense, but it was fun. Weird, right? I was kissing Faye's cheeks when I heard some giggles.

Faye turned around, making us look at the group behind us. I had almost forgotten we had company—P'wanwan, Marissa, Ize, with our makeup artists and stylists were watching us, nudging each other.

"Don't mind us, lovebirds. Continue what you're doing," P'wan said.

"It feels like I'm watching a real-life K-drama. This is better than watching you on screen. It's a hundred times sweeter than the scripted ones. It makes me feel more single now!" Denise, Faye's makeup artist, said dreamily. "When can I find my own Yoko?!"

I laughed at their cute rants.

"You can't. She's one of a kind. And she's mine," Faye interjected possessively, earning gasps and squeals from our companions.

The teasing continued as we reached our cars and bid goodbye. After exchanging regards and reminders, their cars disappeared one by one from my sight.

Faye carefully placed me in her car's passenger seat, fastened my seatbelt, and gently tucked some hair strands behind my ear. We stared at each other for a few seconds before she finally broke the silence.

"Our show might end, but this is just the beginning of our story. You heard my promise back there, right?" she asked, referring to her earlier quote.

I nodded lightly.

"Please stay with me forever. I never imagined myself with anyone else but you. As embarrassing as it sounds, I'm willing to go on bended knees to keep you. Am I in trouble, Yo?"

I laughed at her cheesiness and lightly smacked her forehead.

"Why would you get embarrassed if it's the truth? Poor Mommy, you were captivated by my charm so bad, hmmm." I traced my fingers through her cheeks while my other hand massaged her nape. She tightly closed her eyes, probably stopping herself from doing something impulsive.

But the moment she opened her eyes, I squealed in shock as she rushed to carry me to the backseat and devoured my mouth again.

From then on, I realized I shouldn't trigger the switch, especially in more secluded areas. This could be the reason for me to end up as a disabled person.

I glared at Faye while she drove her Mercedes-Benz AMG GT63 S. Thank goodness the car was heavily tinted because I couldn't imagine our fans' reaction if someone took a video of us doing that inside her car.

It could be the death of me.

"Baby, why are you looking at me like that? You're scaring me," Faye gently tried to hold my hand, but I pushed it away.

"Why do you think I'm mad?!"

She jolted a bit, tightly biting her lips like a scolded kid.

"I'm sorry, love, but you started it."

'Oh wow... Now she's blaming me?'

"You're blaming me?" Fear automatically ran through her face hearing that statement. She parked the car on the side and stared directly into my eyes.

"Listen, baby, I'm not blaming you, okay? You're just so hot back there, and I couldn't control myself. I'm sorry for getting too carried away. But you enjoyed it too, right?" She smiled at me.

I wanted to act mad again, but I couldn't help the smile creeping on my lips. She's so annoying! She really knew exactly what to say when making up to me.

"Of course," I said in a cute voice, which earned a hearty laugh from her. We're really weird most of the time.

"I know exactly how to make it up to you." She winked and drove again. After a while, we stopped at a restaurant's parking lot. She looked at me and asked, "Do you want us to dine in or take out?"

It didn't take me a second to decide. "Take out." I was too tired to even lift my pinky.

She pinched my cheeks and headed inside. It took her about 10 to 15 minutes before she came back with paper bags in her hands. She put some at the back and carried the small ones to the front.

"I have some sandwiches and a pack of their best seller, love. I think this is shawarma overload? Here, taste them." She made me try each one and let me pick my choice.

All of them were delicious, but I liked the shawarma more, so I asked for it.

"Can I have that one? It's good." She handed me what I wanted, and we both proceeded to eat. She did the same with the drinks, which I really loved as well.

These simple gestures never failed to warm my heart. She's just beyond my league. Sometimes I question myself if I really deserve her.

"My love, why are you crying?" she asked.

'How could someone like you exist in real life? You're like a character in all the romance novels I've read. I can't believe I have someone like you.'

I hugged her tightly and buried my face in her neck, still sobbing. "You're stuck with me, Faye. I won't let anyone steal you away from me."

I heard her slight chuckle as she hugged with the same intensity. "My baby is getting feisty, huh? I love it. A hamster with an attitude." I smacked her back, making her groan. Such a bully! She really love making fun of my cheeks, hmp!

She held my cheeks and stared seriously at me. "No one will steal me away from you. I'm yours, love. Only yours, okay? You became my light when I was trapped in darkness. Having you is the best thing that could ever happen to me. Just like you, I'm also afraid of losing everything that we built together, but I won't let my uncertainties ruin what we have. I'll continue sailing my ship with you as my compass. Because I know that with you, I'll never lose my way. I love you, Yo. You and you alone."

We stayed there for a while. At that moment, I was certain. She was the one for me.

If it's not her, I don't want to love again.
