Marinette has left Paris and met Damian Wayne. Now they are married and expecting their first child. What they don’t know is that Lila is plotting revenge against Marinette. What will happen when Lila finds a partner to help her?
It had been several years since Marinette had graduated and left Paris. She was glad to have gotten away from Lila and her drama. Lila’s threats never came true. Marinette’s friends believed in her and started to doubt Lila when she started bad mouthing Marinette. It didn’t take long after that for Marinette to convince the class to look into the rest of Lila’s stories. Lila was revealed as a liar and the class no longer fawned over her. Lila was furious with Marinette for exposing her lies to the class. She decided to try and make Marinette’s life horrible, even though everyone knew she was a liar.

It didn’t work as planned. Lila tried convincing the faculty that Marinette was a bully, hoping they would believe her still. But because of that stupid lying disorder lie that Lila had told them about, they all thought it was just her condition acting up again. Then, Lila tried to target Marinette’s family. First, she tried to convince her parents that Marinette had been bullying her. But Tom and Sabine believed their daughter over Lila, obviously. When that plan didn’t work, Lila tried targeting their business. She posted horrible reviews of the bakery, and reported them for not being sanitary. But her reviews just got deleted, and nothing came from reporting them. Finally, desperate, Lila decided to attack Marinette. She pushed Marinette down the stairs at school after class. That backfired horribly. Lila didn’t realize that Mr. Haprele was standing just out of sight and saw the whole thing.

Lila was immediately taken to Mr. Damocles and her mother was called. When her mother revealed all of her disorders were faked too, Mr. Damocles expelled her. Her mother sent her back to Italy to stay with her grandparents, so that she could be watched more closely. Lila never forgave Marinette. She ruined Lila’s life. She wasn’t able to become famous, and her grandparents warned all of her new teachers that Lila was a liar and to not believe what she says. Marinette ruined everything, and Lila was determined to get her revenge.

Meanwhile, everything in Marinette’s life was going well. After school, Marinette started her own fashion brand. It has become very popular, very quickly. She ended up being commissioned by Bruce Wayne for new suits for him and his sons. They became repeat customers, and close friends of Marinette. Eventually, Marinette moved to Gotham to open the first official MDC boutique. Marinette and Damian grew even closer as time went by and eventually started dating.

After a few years, Marinette and Damian got married and were about to start a family. They were excited that their first child was on the way and were looking forward to the day that they could hold their child in their arms. What they didn’t know, was that a certain liar was plotting her revenge with the help of someone close to Damian.

Lila had met Talia al Ghul soon after she arrived in Gotham. Lila had seen the news about Marinette being married to a Wayne and being pregnant and became enraged. Marinette had the life Lila always dreamed about, and that infuriated the Italian. She flew to Gotham as soon as she could, determined to ruin Marinette for good. Little did Lila know; she wasn’t the only one unhappy that the couple was married.

Talia did not like that her son had married Marinette. She thought her son was growing to be to soft, and was determined to rectify that flaw in his character. She arrived in Gotham and went to the young designer’s shop, wanting to leave a warning for her and Damian. But when she arrived, she saw a young girl with long brown hair standing outside the store. This girl seemed to be trying to break in to the store. When Talia confronted this young lady and heard why she was there, the two joined forces. Talia was surprised at this Lila’s willingness to be so violent and vicious, but thought have her knowledge of this Marinette would be beneficial to her mission.

It wasn’t long after that, that the partners made their move. They decided the easiest thing to do would be to just kill Marinette. Talia had thought Lila might hesitate at such an idea, but Lila never flinched. A few days later, as Marinette was locking up the store, the two women attacked. They stabbed Marinette several times, before leaving her to bleed out on the sidewalk.

But luck was again on Marinette’s side. Having her miraculous on, helped her stay alive. Also, what Talia and Lila didn’t know was that the Wayne brothers were coming to pick Marinette up for dinner. They rushed her to the hospital, and Marinette survived. Not only that, but the baby was safe as well. And, as if Plagg sent Talia and Lila the worst luck he could, Marinette had seen their faces and was able to tell Damian who had attacked her.

It didn’t take long for both of them to be caught. They are both sent to Blackgate Penitentiary for attempted murder and never bother the young couple again. Marinette recovered from the attack quickly. Damian and Marinette had a healthy child and moved on with their lives, content that their attackers haven’t bothered them again.
