*2 weeks later*
Softball has been going great I'm so excited to go to practice everyday after school. Josh and I have been texting and talking a lot. I kind of like him. I feel like a whore the first day I met him I hooked up with him but I can't take it back. Today I'm gonna hang out with Josh, Connor, and Connor's girlfriend Maya. Since it's Saturday we have practice. I'm fine with it though, nothing like a good work out in the morning. I woke up at 10 and fixed my self up, ate some breakfast and than drove to school. When I got there I grabbed my water water, and my bag and walked in. I went to the gym since that's where were gonna meet. All the girls talked while waiting for the last few stragglers to come in.
"All right ladies, today we are going to have a quick chat about the season, and upcoming events, than we are gonna stretch, jog around the gym 3 times, take a break, do some workouts, than I want you ladies to go up to the track and run a mile, after that we will cool down for about 10-15 minutes, than were gonna take it to the field... Passing, catching, batting. Than from there on out I will see if your ready to go home, or you need more practice ok? Sound good?" Said coach Rams. We all agreed.

"Ok, good I'm glad you ladies are enthusiastic today! Next thing I want to talk to you about is team captains, yes it's a little late but we had some of the girls vote, and us the coaches choose who we feel takes the responsibility as leaders. The captains we choose are dedicated, enthusiastic, respectful, caring, and helpful.. The four ladies we choose are Amanda Walker, Lauren Crosby, Jessica Swanson, and Casey White" everyone clapped for us. "Congrats ladies you really deserve it, your job is to keep the girls on task at all times, help each and every one of them out, they are your sisters, we tell you information and you deliver it to them, you control team bonding, you notify us if you have a problem any ting like that. I also wanted to let you know that we are having a fundraiser at 'Mack's Market' so please sign up and get your times for that, also I just wanted to let you ladies know, you are doing a wonderful job this season we are so far 4/0 please keep up the hard work ladies it will only get you to be more successful. Ok well that is is stretch out quickly and start a jog." We began stretching and once everyone was done we all lined up and began jogging. One lap, two lap, three laps. Done.
"Ok ladies I want you all the start a workout, your gonna squat 10 times, than plank for 10 seconds, than do 10 push-ups, than add another ten, so 20 quats, 20 second planks, than 20 push-ups, than do 30, than 40 and so on till you reach 60 seconds. Ready go." After the workout, we went up to the track. We began running, we have to run this 4 times for a whole mile, ugh. I was in front and began running, I concentrated on my breathing. One lap down..................second lap down....................third lap down................. Fourth lap complete. I was the second one done. "Good job honey, 5:25" I was trying to catch my breath. I began walking to cool my self. I grabbed my water and chugged it. The last girl finished at 8:43. We all sat down and drank water. After 10 minutes we went to the softball field. I was in the catching group, we just threw and catch back and fourth with our partner. I was with Lauren so it was fun.

"Girl I still can't believe you and Josh hooked up" Lauren said giggling

"Me neither, I'm just so shocked.. I feel whorish doing it though, I met him that day, haha!"

"It's no big deal girl, YOLO, haha" she said laughing. Oh my god she is to much sometimes.

"I don't know, to bad you and Ben didn't get so lucky."

"Yeah, I know but oh well" she said disappointed.

"Was he at least good!" Lauren asked

"Hell yeah he was good, and those baseball squats pay off girl.. Mmmmm that booty was nice" I said truthfully.
