This first week of living with Josh has been amazing! We are so comfortable, free and open with each other, we have a lot of fun. I can already tell Josh is building such a stronger connection with Ryder, he always gets him to giggle. Its late December right now so that means Ryder is 5 months old! He's getting so big it crazy. He wakes up like once or twice in the night, he babbles all day, smiles, giggles, claps slightly, he can hold his own bottle occasionally, eats some solids, he can roll over, sit up for a few seconds on his own, he can grab his toys too.

I heard Ryder cry through his baby monitor so I began getting up. Josh grabbed my hand pulling me back to him. "I need to get the baby!" I said trying to get up. "He's fine.." Josh dragged out in a sleepy voice. "Well get up buddy and get in the shower, it's 6am." I said patting his chest and he groaned. I walked to Ryder's room and he was crying in his crib. I reached in and picked him up I bounced him slightly calming him down. "Shhh it's ok mommy's here.." I rubbed his back and he stopped crying. "Let's go get your breakfast ready!" I said carrying him to the kitchen. I put him in his high chair and began feeding him 'banana' baby food. He loves this stuff so much more than bottles. Ryder smacked his food all over the place causing a mess. "Oh my goodness you are a messy boy!" I said pinching his cheeks causing him to giggle. I cleaned him up and than packed his diaper bag and heated a bottle up. I carried him back to his room and undressed him from his pajamas. I picked out a orange onesie that says 'Chick magnet' with a little chick on it, jeans, a zip up brown jacket and socks. I brought him in to Josh's and I room and dropped him off with Josh while I took a shower.
*45 minutes later*
I am all clean, I also did my hair and makeup. I decided to wear black jeans, a black sparkly tank top, black cardigan, and black boot wedges. This is a cute outfit! I walked in to the kitchen and saw Josh eating breakfast while Ryder was in his car seat all ready to go. "Wow! You look gorgeous today babe." Josh said jaw dropped. "Haha,thanks!"'
We got our stuff and walked to our cars. Josh carried Ryder for me and buckled him in the car. "Ok, so today is Tuesday so your going to pick up Ryder after school right?" I asked Josh sternly.
"Yeah I guess, but I was thinking of hanging out with my boys. I mean I barley see them now that I'm a full time dad, I work, play sports and have a family to come home to."
"Josh, you can't leave Ryder with my grandma longer than he's already with her. She has plans. Can't you just have the guys back at our house while you watch our son!"
"Yeah I thought that but we wanted to play some basketball. Hey can my mom each him?" Josh asked.
"You know what it's all up to you what you want to do! But he is still your son.. You need bonding time with out mommy in the house"
"Ok, I'll see how it plays out." Josh said giving me kiss. "I'll see you later! Bye" he hopped in his car and I hopped in mine and drove Ryder to my grandmas house which was 10 minutes away. I than made my way to school. When I arrived at the schools parking lot I saw Josh walking with his friends to the school. I honked the horn at him and he giggled. Once I found a spot I parked, grabbed my stuff and headed up to school. I saw Josh's waiting for me. Aww he's so cute.
"Aww baby thanks for waiting!" I said giving him a kiss.
"No problem my love, anyways I was thinking maybe we should go out on a date tonight! Your looking beautiful we need some us time I think it could work!"
"Ok, that sounds good. But Ryder?"
"My parents will do it, they miss him." Josh said.
"Ok, well you need to be with Ryder today than after school because he can't be bounced from sitter to sitter.."
"I know, I know" Josh said calming me down. The rest of the walk up we held hands and he walked me to class. I'm excited for tonight.
