"Spark plugs, huh?"

The next morning, Glenn and I had gathered together. Herhsel pretty much cleared me after checking my vitals. Though, he wants me to take things easy for the day or two. Almost having a severe heat stroke is serious. Thankfully I had only passed out due to dehydration. Hershel wants me to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

After checking out with Hershel, Glenn and I worked around the camp. We were still shocked to see what we found in the barn last night. Maggie begged and begged us not to tell the others. Hershel doesn't want us knowing for a reason. But Maggie hasn't really given us the reason why he keeps corpses in the barn. Glenn and I agreed, but the more talked on it, the more the pressure grew. We kept our eyes on the barn, ensuring that even if one walker got out, we'd immediately tell the others and take care of the problem if we could.

"Could you be more obvious?" Maggie confronts Glenn and I as we stare at the barn, Glenn using binoculars. She brings up a wooden bucket of fruit. "Here. Enjoy."

"You're gonna buy our silence with fruit?" I frown at her.

"Of course not. There's also jerky." She claims.

"Will you please tell us why your dad has a secret barn full of walkers?" Glenn quickly asks. "It's creepy."

"Shh." Maggie softly calls.

"You know that, right?" Glenn adds.

"Shh." Maggie repeats. "Just trust me on this, okay?"

"Trust you?" I question.

"I suck at lying." Glenn protests. "I can't even play poker. It's too much like lying."

"You have to keep this to yourself. You have to. Please." Maggie begs. She glances off to the side before walking away. Glenn and I exhale deeply. He picks up the bucket of peaches, myself grabbing the jerky.

I follow Glenn around the camp, offering everyone some fruit and jerky. I don't like lying and I keeping secrets is even lower. But...at the same time, if it keeps everyone from panicking and causing a chaotic environment, then I guess keeping the secret has to be done. But who the hell knows if Glenn can hold off. He seems like Maggie is holding a gun to the back of his head and will pull the trigger if he even attempts to tell the others.

"Morning." Andrea greets as she exits out of the RV. T turns to us, rubbing his eye.

"Sup." He greets.

"Nothing. Nothing's up. Why?" Glenn questions. I throw him a frown, shaking my head.

"You okay?" Dale asks him.

"Yeah. Everything's fine. Why wouldn't they be?" Glenn speaks fast, showing how obviously nervous he is.

"You're all...jittery. Like you've got some secrets." T cocks an eyebrow.

"Secrets? Nobody's keeping secrets. Why would anybody keep secrets?" Glenn panics. I discreetly elbow his arm.

"Shut up." I say through a smile.

"Yeah. No, we're cool. We're totally cool." Glenn continues.

"Are you sure?" Dale questions. "T's right, you are acting...suspicious, Glenn."  Before Glenn could say anything else, I quickly jump in.

"He's embarrassed because Maggie caught us having sex in the barn and he's paranoid that she's off telling everyone." I blurt out. All the men pause. It's like they weren't sure how to react to my words. I nod my head, smiling. "Yep. He's just...uh, a little paranoid. That's all." I explain. Glenn clears his throat, nodding his head.
