When Lisa met the door of Jennie's office, she was about to turn the door knob until she had a strange feeling in her guts, but it didn't stop her from opening door, so when she did her eyes widened as she saw Jennie sat behind her desk with a man across from her. "Oh Lisa, you didn't call that you were coming..." Jennie says unaware that Lisa was coming.
Memories of Jennie's affair ran to Lisa's mind that it overflowed with a headache. Lisa's heart was racing with emotions knowing that when she discovered Jennie's affair she didn't confront her and left pretending she saw nothing. Then the 2nd time accidentally catching them again that it was unavoidable that she didn't see.
Instead of turning a blind eye she didn't leave. "I know Hon, I wanted to surprise you since I had time to spare with you. Sorry for interrupting, Irene did not inform me that you were having a meeting in your office..." Lisa smiles stepping inside and placed their bobas on Jennie's desk.
Jennie looks at the date and time seeing that Lisa brought the bobas on an earlier day then the original day which is supposed to happen in three more days like in their last life. Reason why Kai was here was because he came unannounced with no appointment in to Jennie's office to talk to her about a deal of having her invest in his company. Reason why he came with no appointment was because Jennie had been declining of having meetings with him.
"Mr. Choi, I advise you to stop bothering me in thinking that I will invest. Date do this again and I'll have you escorted my security and banned from stepping in a Kims territory" Jennie glares at Kai who sat across from her. Hearing this from Jennie made Lisa feel at ease.
"Fine, I apologize for overstepping your boundaries Ms. Kim" Kai stood up for his seat. Jennie was about to correct him until Lisa spoke.
"It's Mrs. Kim-Manoban, do respect my wife" She calmly said to Kai who looked at her as if he didn't care and purposefully said it to mock her.
