Ivy didn't want to ignore his kind gesture but she knew it was going to be awkward for him to take her home. It was already late and she wasn't seeing any taxi.

"Okay." She smiled and turned around.

Darien felt happy hearing those words and he ran to bring his car before she changed her mind. Darien came back and he wound the window down.

"Hop in."

Ivy smiled and entered the car. She didn't know what to say or what to do, it was really going to be awkward.

"Where's your house?" He turned his face to the right and he was facing her.

"Altina road, number 5 pink." She answered and she remained calm.

Darien smiled, he knew that road very well. Darien was leaving around that side, his street was number 1 blue. He started the car and was driving slowly and calmly.

As ivy had predicted, there was silence and it felt like the oxygen seized. Ivy was looking straight and avoided eye contact, she didn't want things to worsen.

Darien was driving the car and he had finally reached the bus stop. Ivy's prayer were finally answered. Darien couldn't go into the streets, cars weren't allowed to pass. Darien packed his car and turned to Ivy.

"Thank you." Ivy stared at him and she removed her seat belt.

"It is still late..." Darien stopped and was wondering what he was doing but something in him still wanted to talk, "I'll escort you, down to your house."

Ivy was so confused why her boss suddenly started acting nice to her. This was very unlike her boss. She didn't know what to say and he was making things difficult for her. She faked a smile and got out of the car.

She sighed while he was out of the car but for some reason, she wanted him to follow her. He came out of the car and they both started walking. The street was quiet and it was kind of dark but they could see through the street light. The street went deeper and sloppy as they went down.

No one was talking but they were walking beside each other and they were moving slowly.

"I don't want you to find this rude," Ivy was meaning to ask this question since he asked to take her home. "Why are you being nice to me?"

Darien smiled and he obviously didn't know what to say. Even he didn't know why he was doing it.

"Okay I should stop." He said jokingly.

"No no." She quickly said it before he changed his mind.

He laughed at the way she behaved. She saw him laugh which made her to smile.

"I just remembered," he faced her and continued walking, "why did you drag my hand the other day?"

Ivy had remember that scene and she couldn't start saying the long story.

"Oh that day..." Ivy had pause and was looking for what she could say. "Um, the bracelet you wore looked familiar but I was mistaking."

"Oh, ok."

The atmosphere changed and the wind started to blow and it seemed like rain was about to fall. The atmosphere was a love atmosphere from those ones in movies and they were now the lead characters. The atmosphere became worse and Ivy was regretting that she wore this cloth, the cold was killing and she didn't know what to do, she really wanted to reach home.

Darien finally noticed the weather and he saw the cloth ivy wore. Was he really going to sacrifice his suit for her? It was really starting to feel like a movie. He removed his suit and he used it to cover her, he placed it on her shoulders.

She stared at him and she was really touched. This scene reminded her of the movie she just watched, the guy used his jacket to cover her when there was cold. Darien was doing this to her, what she thinking? She must have gone crazy.

They walked and they finally reached in front of her apartment. She smiled at him and this time it was real, she was truly grateful.

"Thank you. Here's your jacket sir." She removed it from her body and stretched her hands, handling it to him.

"Keep it and you're welcome." He smiled at her.

"No no." She disagreed but before she could give him, he was already walking back.

"Good night." He shouted and waved his hands.

She smiled and went inside.

Arizona barged into Darien office and like always, she didn't bother to knock.

Darien saw her and rolled his eyes, he continued with what he was doing. Arizona analysed him and he was wearing his usual cloth, a black suit with a black trouser and a white shirt. After she analysed him, she went to Darien and stayed opposite him.

"How many times will I tell you not to walk into my office without knocking." Darien raised his voice and he sounded very angry.

"What do you mean?" Arizona had the same carefree attitude.

Her father was their sponsor, she believed she could do anything she wished.

"Get out!" Darien screamed and banged his hands on the table.

He really screamed loudly and everyone could hear him. But Ivy wasn't in her, she had ran some errand for him.

Arizona was very surprised at the way he screamed. This was the first time she saw him raise his voice to her. She probably crossed the line and he couldn't bare her again.

"Let's talk." For the first time Arizona spoke calmly.

Darien calmed himself but he was still furious. Probably if he talked to her, she would leave him.

"Okay go on." He said calmly and he saw Ivy standing at the door and she was hearing their conversation.

"Let's get married."

Darien sighed and was extremely frustrated. He felt like slapping her, she might just become smarter but he could never slap a woman, that was against his principles. She was making him go mad and no matter what he says, she won't realize how stupid she is.

"Kindly leave." He said calmly but was very furious within.

"I will leave." Arizona sounded dangerous, "but I'll go talk to my parents about it."

Darien frowned at her and he knew what she was doing. They both knew if Arizona told her parents, they will fix an alliance with them and turn it into business.

"Go out." Darien was already frustrated but he didn't want to constitute nuisance at work.

Arizona turned and was shock to see Ivy.
