CHAPTER 66

Ivy eyed all of them. She looked very angry and frustrated. She went outside the place before she committed murder.

"I will take things legal with you." Darien threatens them with a serious face.

He leaves the place and he walked behind her. She was walking very fast but he was able to catch up to her.

He held her hands and he dragged her to face opposite him. She was panting very hard and she was felt like crying. Her veins were evident and she was breathing hard.

"Calm down Ivy!" He held her shoulders and he shaked her constantly.

"How can I calm?!" She removed his shoulders and tears dropped from her eyes.

She covered her mouth and she started to cry. She was panicking and she was making crying sound.

"It's okay, it's okay." He hugged her tightly and he patted her hair.

She buried her head on his chest and she poured her eyes out. She cleaned her eyes and she faced him.

"Wait. This means that somebody knows where the fund is. The person is in control now." Ivy widened her eyes at him.

"You are right. Somebody has it and we have no idea who it is." He sighed and he hugged her.

"Pass me the coffee please." Arizona smiled brightly at Rocky.

She crossed her legs together and she sat on the couch comfortably. She had a bright smile and she looked very happy. The smile didn't fade and she didn't know how to express her joy.

Rocky passed the coffee to her and he sat at the couch opposite her. Arizona sipped from it and she felt the hot coffee on her tongue. She didn't feel pain but pleasure. She dropped the coffee on the table and she slowly faced Rocky.

"The secret fund was right under their noses and they didn't know." She scoffed and she smirked at him. "It just took me peanuts to achieve it from them."

"What's the point of all these?" Rocky curiously asked.

"Exactly. I am not going to gain either ways." She frowned and she thought. "Can you help me to fix this dilemma?"

"Sure." He became more interested.

"A dog and a lion are stuck in a cage with me and I have a gun with only one bullet. If I shoot the lion, the dog gets scared and it bites me. If I shoot the dog, I am certainly going to die. What should I do?"

"Hmmm... isn't the obvious obvious." He raised a brow and he chuckled. "Kill the lion and you can deal with the dog with your hands."

Arizona laughed and she couldn't stop. "No. Before I even shoot, the lion will eat is both."

"What are you even referring to?" Rocky was so confused.

"I have made up my mind already." She smirked at him. "I should just shoot myself then."

"What are you going to do?" Rocky was getting more curious.

"Create a confusion for both animals and kill the lion after it has killed the dog." She laughed again.

She picked her phone beside her and she dialed Drake's number.

"Come to my house!" She cut the call.

"Quickly! Go and hide." She waver her towards her room.

Rocky was confused but he still obeyed her either ways.

She smiled. She had to make herself feel less guilty and do what was needed to be done.

Minutes passed and it was almost an hour. She heard the door bell ring more than once. She unlocked it and she went back to the couch.

Drake entered and he immediately sited a man shoe. He frowned and he wondered who could have visited her. He sat at the couch opposite her.

"Why have you called?!" He frowned his face and he spoke rudely.

"I knew your expression will be like this." She gave a sarcastic smile. "But when you here this, you will be extremely shocked yourself."

"Don't beat around the bush!" He still had the same tone and facial expression.

"I have found the secret fund and I am willing to give it to you." Arizona smiled brightly at him.

Drake widened his eyes and he was shocked. He stopped and he frowned, he sighed at her and he rolled his eyes.

"What type of joke is this?!" Drake screamed and he glared at her dangerously.

"Here you go." She tossed him the key. "Backville street the wall has a key. You will open it with this and all your dreams will come through."

He glared at the key and he widened his eyes at her. "Are you serious about this?"

"I am dead serious. I promise on my life, this is the key." She assured him.

"Why are you giving it to me? It just doesn't make any sense." He squeezed his face in confusion.

"Darien has definitely ruined my life and if I give this to you, you will definitely use it to ruin him." She smiled at him and he still had the same face.

"Okay then, I will leave?" He squeezed his face even more and he looked at her awkwardly.

He stood and he left the house. He stopped at the door step and he still saw the shoe. He raised a brow and he was even more confused. He left her house and he was walking slowly towards his car. He still rose a brow and he was confused.

What if Darien was inside the house? What if he manipulated her, and he lied that he loved her. Arizona was too stupid and she was so obsessed with Darien, she could definitely do something that stupid.

He picked his phone and dialed Phillip number. It ranged for a while until he picked.

"When you said the secret fund was basically impossible to find. Did you really mean it?"

"Yes sir. The possibility of that is not just possible sir."

"Are you serious?"

"A hundred percent sure. If anyone is telling you they had it, it is definitely not possible."

"Why?"

"We have been looking for it for months. It is really not possible."

"Okay."  He cut the call.

He frowned his face and he hissed. He sighed and he through the key into his pocket.

"I was such a fool to believe what Arizona had said." He said to himself and he entered his car.
