Arizona entered and she saw them. They stared at her and they were shocked. Darien was wondering what she was doing here and how she found this place.
"Darien what are you doing?" Arizona sounded flustered.
"I should be asking you that question, not the other way around." Darien dropped his hands and he walked to Arizona.
"Don't worry Ivy, please give us a minute." Darien faced Ivy.
Ivy nodded and she left the room. Darien dragged Arizona and she groaned in pain.
"What is your problem?!" Darien glared at her. "Must you stalk me? Why don't you want me to live in peace?"
"Stalk you?" She gave a sarcastic laugh. "I am not stalking you, I am in love with you."
"This is not called love!" He screamed and he was frowning at her. "It's called obsession."
"Yes, and my love or what ever you call it, will make you get married to me." She sounded daring.
Darien sighed, there was really no point in explaining to her. He glared at her and he left without saying a word.
Arizona was left in the room and she couldn't help but cry. Tears poured down like tap water and she couldn't control herself anymore.

Ivy came out of her office and she was holding a black file. She was smiling widely and she was walking towards Darien. She seemed happy and he was curious to know why she smiled so much.
She stayed opposite him and she dropped the file on the table.
"What's this?" He smiled back at her and he was curious to know.
"Sir you have just won a contract which is worth millions of dollars." She rolled around and she faced him again, "to top it, the company still remains the number one best in the country and number one in the world."
"Oh." Darien had a straight face and he didn't seem happy to hear it.
Her happy face became a slight frown.
"You don't seem happy." She rose a brow at him.
"I am just used to it, this is not my first time, so this means nothing to me." He smiled a little and he was staring at her.
"Let's go for a team dinner!" Ivy voice changed and she seemed happy again.
"What?!" Darien screamed.
He had never associated himself with other staffs, he never really communicated with any one except for Jack. Lately he had been engaging with Ivy and it seemed fun.
"Why? I never see you talk to anybody, sometimes I wonder if you are human being."
"Don't worry, you guys should go and don't worry bills are on me." Darien was trying to convince her.
"Okay." Ivy said in a sad tune and she was feeling very sad.
She wanted him to go but it didn't seem like he was going to change his decision.

Everyone were so happy, it was the first time in a long time they had team dinner. They all gathered and they entered the restaurant, Ivy booked privately for them. The restaurant served chicken and beer mostly, and it could accommodate 30 people. It was a long table and it had more than 30 chairs surrounding the table.
"Let's all enjoy ourselves! " Mandy said and they all screamed and entered the restaurant.
They were jumping and they took their seats. Ivy wore a sad face and she was sitting next to Emily. The waiters served all of them chicken and beer.
They all started drinking and they were playing music. Everywhere was noisy and her friend was drinking so fast. She was pregnant but acted like she wasn't. She kept drinking and she was drinking herself out.
Ivy was sad, she really wanted Darien to be here. It was no fun without Darien. She took sips from her beer and she took just a bite from her chicken.
Emily was completely drunk and she was wasted. She was dancing crazily and she was twerking like a fool. She was embarrassing herself and also Ivy. She wasn't the only one who was drunk, a lot of people behaved worse than her.
The door opened and everyone were so shocked to see who it was. Ivy had a wide smile on her face and her prayers were answered. She saw Darien, he looked exceptionally handsome and he gave such a dramatical entry.
The party stopped and everyone were murmuring to themselves. Darien had a straight face, he walked and he was moving towards Ivy's direction. He sat at the sit next to Ivy and he forced a smile.
"Why did you guys stop? Please continue with your party." He smiled and the music continued.
It was awkward seeing him here and he made things awkward for everyone.
"You came?" Ivy moved her chair closer to his and she whispered
"I changed my mind at the last minute, you were right, I should engage myself with others." He whispered to her.
Some girls of the girls glared at her and they went to the bathroom. She knew they were probably going to talk about her. She followed them but stayed at the door of the bathroom where they couldn't see her.
"I can believe Darien sat beside her." Tiphiny faced the other two girls and she was putting lipstick on her lips through the mirror.
"She's an orphan and she probably seduced him." Fiona said and she scoffed. "But how can Darien be so stupid to fall for her."
"Yeah yo_" Cynthia paused and she saw Ivy.
She widened her eyes and the other girls turned and their expression was the same.
"I didn't know people still had such stupid mentality." Ivy frowned and she left the bathroom.
She reached the table, she dragged her bag and she left the place with tears almost pouring out. Darien was the only that noticed, since everyone were busy enjoying their dinner. He stood and he followed her at her back.
He ran to her and he dragged her hands, he turned her body to face opposite him. He saw tears in her eyes and he felt like something hit him hard on his chest.
"What happened?" His voice deepened and he stared at her.
She didn't even realized when she hugged him tightly. He hugged her back and he patted her head softly.
She didn't tell him anything and they stayed in that position. One of the workers came running to her and he was panting hard. Ivy was already so scared.
"Emily as fainted!"
