Arizona came out of the company, and she met with her enemies. She saw Ivy, Darien, and Jack. She walked to them and it was very obvious from their faces that they looked happy.

She faked a smile and she tried to make it seem like she was okay. She wasn't ready to talk, but she just couldn't just leave like that.

"Congratulations on your first victory." She faked another smile.

"We r..." She walked away and she didn't allow Darien to finish his statement.

She went into the car park of the company. There were lots of cars, parked at both her left and right. She angrily walked towards her car. She banged her hand on her car and it echoed around. She looked at her right and she spotted Drake's car.

She began to wonder why Drake wasn't overreacting to this situation. He didn't seem to be that upset in the meeting. It looked like he was still hopeful about. She rose a brow and she was trying to join the dots. He has been betraying her and it doesn't make sense to her. There was definitely something he has in mind.

She was about entering her car, when she saw Drake and Lilly coming this way. She closed her door quietly and she ran to the back of of her car, were they couldn't see her. She didn't know why she was doing it, she was just extremely curious. It also seemed like they were arguing.

Drake was about entering his car, when Lilly heard his hand. He closed the door and he faced opposite her. He had a frown and he was already tired of this woman.

"What is wrong with you?!" She sounded angry. "You don't seem bothered about the situation and you keep hiding things from me."

Arizona could hear them, and she was absolutely right. Even have a wife noticed Drake's behavior. She moved further, without making a sound. She felt like a criminal but she had to listen to this conversation.

Drake sighed and he held Lilly's shoulders with his hand.

"I never expected anything good to come out of my father." He spoke calmly. "Even if he had removed Darien, what was the chance of him giving it to me."

"What do you mean?" She sounded more curious.

"Yes Lilly." He removed his hands and he frowned his face. "If possible he would give an outsider or I would have waited until he died. Probably when I am hundred."

"So what's you next plan?" Lilly asked and she was more curious.

"The only that can destroy Darien." He had a wide smile, "the secret fund!"

Arizona rose a brow, she was more than confused. The dots were connecting themselves, without her touching it or understanding how.

"It's not safe for us to say it hear. Like they say the walls have ears." Lilly whispered.

"Yes you are right. Our enemies should never get a hint about this." He looked around, "let's go."

The two of them entered their car and they zoomed out of the place.

Arizona came out and she gave out a small laugh. She kept wondering how stupid they were. They literally poured all what she needed to hear. That was probably why, he wasn't given the position. He was just too dumb.

She entered her car and she carried her phone. She dialed Chinaza's number. She has stayed in the company for years, she probably had more information about it.

It ranged but there was no reply. She tried it multiple times but there was no reply. She tried it again, she finally picked.

"Oh sorry, I was busy." The place seemed noisy.

"Where are you?!" She screamed.

"I am at my in laws place."

"Okay, I need your help with something."

"What's that?" She sounded curious.

"Could you help me to find what it the secret fund means and who it is related to."

"Okay ma'am but I will have to tell you about it later." She cut the call.

She really seemed busy. She exhaled deeply and she started her car. She drove out of the car park.

Darien opened the door for Ivy. She stared at him and she was confused.

"You were meant to drop me home." She looked around.

He stopped the car at a coffee shop.

"I want to get some coffee before I take you home." He stretched his hand.

She accepted his offer. He pulled out of the car gently. He shut the door and they were about entering the shop. The clouds changed and it started to pour water. The both of them body was extremely wet. They rushed into the coffee shop, it was too late, their clothes and hair was wet.

They sat opposite each other and they were feeling cold. He held her hands tightly and he smiled at her.

They both waited for the rain to stop. Their clothes were wet and neither of them seemed to have bought an umbrella.

After minutes of waiting, the rain finally stopped but their clothes was still wet.

"Let's go." He stood and she followed him.

He held her hands and he walked her into his car. He drove the car slowly and neither of them said a word.

After ten minutes, he parked his car in his compound. She looked around and she wondered why he had not taken her to her house.

"You should spend the night here." He said with a sweet voice.

Her heart started raising. It felt like he meant something else. She was feeling so nervous to stay in her boyfriend's house. It never really occurred to her. They got out of the car and she walked slowly at his back.

He opened his door and he waited for her to enter. She smiled a little and she was still so nervous. She slowly entered his house and he followed her.

"You can stay in that room and you can also have a shower." He pointed his index finger to the room.

She seemed relieved, she smiled again and she entered the room. The room was big but not as big as his. She dropped her bag on the bed. She pulled her wet clothes and she entered the bathroom.

She turned the heater on and she bathed for a long time. She came out of the bathroom and she opened the wardrobe and she saw a night cloth, that probably belonged to him.

She wore the cloth and she rested on comfortable bed. She sighed and she was waiting her whole life to be this comfortable.

She opened her phone and she went to Emily. Emily sent her a picture and she clicked on it.

"Ha!" She screamed extremely loud.
