Ivy took her phone from the small table beside her bed. She was worried about what Arizona had told her the other day. She dialed Emily's number.

"Hey there, could we meet?" She sounded sad.

"Yeah. Are you okay?"

"I will tell you everything. And I will text the address to you."

"Okay."  She hanged the phone.

"Why are we at this coffee shop?" Emily stared around and she faced Ivy.

"I want to ask you for some advice." She sounded serious.

"Are you okay?"

"No! I am not okay!" She screamed loudly.

She covered her head with her hands and she looked distressed. She looked extremely worried.

"If I continue dating him, he might just lose his position." She removed her hand from her head, she began to lament.

"What are you saying?" Emily was becoming more worried.

"If I continue dating Darien, he will lose everything." She said in distress.

"Then break up!" Emily screamed. "It is not worth it, when your love would be the reason for your downfall."

"Bu..."

"It is not worth it, it really does."

"It's not that easy." Ivy felt like crying.

"Yes, it's not easy." She sounded convincing. "You just have to do it."

Ivy faced down and she seemed sad. Emily was looking for ways to cheer her up, she couldn't fine anything.

"Let's go. I will take you to a peaceful place." She smiled at her.

She dragged her from her seat and they walked out of the shop.

*****
Ivy gave it a long thought, both Arizona and Emily were right. She couldn't act so selfish, she had to end things with Darien, before the relationship went more deeper.

The elevator door opened and it was the staff room. She was more than determined to end things. Her only fear was, completely losing herself in Darien's charm.

She wore a pink office suit and a pink office trouser. She wore an expensive white high heels. She wore sliver necklace, silver wrist watch and silver earrings. She packed her braids in a bun and she did her usual makeup.

She entered the staff room and her eyes caught Emily. She smiled at her, even though she was sad within. She was so nervous to even enter his office. She knocked the door.

"Come in." Her heart started raising at the sound of his voice.

She gulped and she was really scared. She opened the door slowly and she saw Darien setting out some files. It felt like he moving in slow motion. She just didn't know why, but he looked more handsome today. He was wearing his usual formal cloth. Grey suit, grey trouser and white top. He styled his hair to the front and he dyed his blonde hair black, which suit him more.

He slowly faced her and he gave her a warm smile. It felt like the clock stopped ticking and the entire world was paused. What she could only see was his smile. She couldn't prevent herself from looking and admiring how he was wonderfully created. It was really going to be harder than she thought.

She sighed and she walked to her office without greeting him. He rose a brow in confusion and he wondered what had happen to her.

She did that throughout the entire day. She dropped his file and she left without saying a word, she also ignored his presence completely and she acted like he wasn't present. It was very hard for her but she just had to do it.

It was time for her to go home, and she had completed her mission. It was the first day and it was great torture to ignore him. She had no other option. She packed what she needed into her bag and she was about leaving her office.

She adjusted her white bag on her left hand and she was focused on the ground. Her head hit a guy's chest and it was very hard and muscular. She lifted her head and to her surprise, she saw the man she was trying to ignore all day. She widened her eyes and she was so shocked to see him, it felt like she had saw a ghost.

"Darien. W-ha-t a-re you doing here?" She kept stammering and she was more than nervous.

He was frowning at her and he made her to feel even more scared. He moved his feet closer to her and she shifted back. He continued frowning and he folded his hands together. He moved even closer to her and she was becoming weaker as he drew closer.

He held her shoulders with his hands tightly and she covered her eyes. She covered her eyes tightly and she wondered if he was going to kiss her again.

He pushed her to the wall and he completely pinned her to the wall.

"Why have you been ignoring me?" Darien was frowning his face more, he was more than eager to know.

"W-ha-t do y-ou m-ean?" She stammered out of complete fear.

"Ivy?!" He was getting more furious and impatient.

He moved his hand around her waist and he wrapped it softly around her. He was weaking her resolve and his hands felt very soft. He dragged her waist tightly and moved her body to press against his. They were breathing each other's air, the distance of their mouth was less than 1cm.

He closed his eyes and turned his face to left. He moved his lips closer to hers. It remained a few inches before they were together. She used her right hand to cover his mouth from touching hers.

He squeezed his face and stared awkwardly at her. He wanted to clear his doubt, he knew something wrong was happening.

"What happened?" He squeezed his face even more and he sounded serious.

"Nothing." She lied inmmmediately.

"Tell me the truth, right now!" He became more furious with her.

She had no other option, she had to tell him unless he wasn't going to leave her alone.

"I don't want you to lose your position, because of me." She seemed serious.

He rose a brow in confusion. Who told about this and why. He looked her again and his face was still squeezed.

"Who told you this?" He sounded demanding and he was ready to do anything to the person.

"It's really n..."

"Tell me now!" He screamed at her for the first time.

She was so startled, she had to spill the beans.

"Arizona."

He frowned even more. He left her hand and he walked out of the office.

"I'll be back."
