spit it out

"𝐈'𝐕𝐄 𝐆𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐔𝐏, 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐍'𝐓 𝐈? I've actually gone and fucked it all up. The Death Eaters know where we are now, and it's all my fault!"
"Lye— Lyra, honey, breathe." Andromeda placed her hands gently on Lyra's shoulders. She'd been pacing the drawing room ever since they returned from the Ministry. She was mad at herself for taking off the invisibility cloak.
"Yaxley saw me, Andy," Lyra stated, her breathing becoming heavy. "J-Just think about it. The last time I ran away, I came here. Bellatrix knows I'm in contact with you and Sirius, so she's sure to come here. I've put not just us, but you guys in danger, too!"
"We'll figure it out," Tonks said. "We can go somewhere safer—"
"But you shouldn't have to, Dora!" Lyra cried, lacing her hands in her hair as she resumed pacing, mumbling to herself, "It's all my fault, it's all my fault."
"Aha!" Aliyah exclaimed from the other room. "Found it!" She came running in a moment later, a flask in hand. She held it out to Lyra, who had started rubbing her thumb into her palm to try and calm her anxiety. "Drink this. It's a Draught of Peace."
"You just happened to have a Draught of Peace with you?" Hadley asked from where she sat on the couch with Tonks and Sirius, her legs draped across the older girl's lap.
"And I thought Hermione was over prepared," Dakota mumbled.
"I made potions for pretty much any situation, and extra for calming anxiety," Aliyah stated proudly, crossing her arms. "I'm surprised you didn't think of that, Kody, seeing as potions was always one of your favorite classes."
Lyra took a deep breath after drinking the Draught of Peace. She sat down next to Andromeda, wrapping her arms around her waist for comfort and tucking her head into the crook of her neck. "I'm so sorry," she whispered.
"Shh, you don't have anything to apologize for, little star," Andromeda said softly, stroking her hair.
"We can't just sit around and wait for the Death Eaters to show up," Harry stated, standing up. "If Lyra's right about Bellatrix knowing she's here, we all need to leave right now."
"I'm going with you guys," Sirius insisted. "You kids can't go out there alone. Whatever you're up to, whatever this task is that Dumbledore left you, you'll need help."
"We have each other, Sirius," Lyra said, her voice quiet as she stood up to join her friends.
"And we've all died just about a hundred times, so this should be a piece of cake," Dakota added sarcastically as she unwrapped a stick of spearmint gum.
