Caroline's POV

Everything kinda froze. I could see them talking to each other now, but I was still in such shock.

I finally snapped out of it when I saw both of them looking at me.

"What?" I asked still a little dizzy.

"I'm going to go tell the boys that I finally found her, and you two can sit in here for a few minutes." He said heading towards the door.

"What do we do?" Sam asked sitting on the bed.

"He thinks I'm you" she whispered.

I wanted to run out of there and tell Cameron everything, but I couldn't do that to Sam.

"I guess we can just go with it." I said looking at her.

"How?" She said sitting up a little straighter.

"Well if they ever ask you to sing, we can tell Mahogany the truth and we can set it up so that I'm really singing." I said.

A smile made its way onto her face.

"You would do that for me?" She asked.

I nodded a faked a smile. It hurt knowing the boy she loved fell for the wrong person, but Sam is my best friend.

She got a text.

"It's cameron he wants us to meet him in the lobby." She said.

We grabbed our bags. I forgot how heavy mine was, and a shooting pain made its way through my stomach.

I bent over trying to get rid of the pain.
Sam looked on with sad eyes.
"You okay?" She asked grabbing my laptop out of my bag to make it lighter.

I nodded and we slowly made our way to the lobby.

When we got down there everyone was talking at once to Cameron.

But it went dead silent when they saw us.

"So your the girl Cameron has been looking for." Carter said.

Sam smile and nodded.
They pulled her into the circle and started talking again.

I backed up a little. Mahogany was at her DJ stand looking at me sadly.

She must have saw.

I walked over and decided to tell her the truth now.

"Hey." I said sitting on the stool beside her.

"Hey girl!" She said happily.

"This is crazy huh? The girl in the shadows." She said eyeing Sam.

"Yeah about that , umm she's not the girl in the shadows." I said looking down.

I could feel her eyes on me.
" I am." Looking her dead in the eye.

She smiled.

"Well your an amazing singer then." She said hugging me.

We pulled away and I told her about Sams and I plan.
