Caroline's POV

  I'm sweating immensely and breathing seems impossible.
Finally after a few minutes I catch my breath and look up at the doctors.

They are all smiling.
One nurse with a clipboard steps forward.

  "How you feeling?" She asked.

  "I don't even know, my head is killing me though and my ribs are throbbing." I say sitting back.

It was then I noticed my hand and stomach was wrapped.
"Well you have a concussion and 3 broken ribs so they are gonna hurt for Awhile." She said handing me some pills.

"When can I leave?"

"Woah slow down, we need to run a few more test to make sure there is no lasting damage but you should be out tomorrow afternoon."

  I've never received such good news in my life.

As soon as I got out tomorrow I am flying to where ever Magcon is and I'm finding my reason.

"Do you want to call anyone?" She asked handing me my phone.

"Uh no I want to surprise them." I said smiling for the first time in what felt like forever.

  I go on Twitter and #GetBetterCaroline is trending.

  Magcon is currently in Texas.
  I book a flight for tomorrow and turn my phone off.

I'm going home.

  The next day*

I am standing in the hospital bathroom staring at my bruised body in the mirror.

Somebody packed up most of my clothes and filming stuff.

   There are hand prints around my neck and face and my entire stomach is wrapped up.

  I don't even bother covering up my bruises. I'm done hiding.

  The only person I have texted so far is Mahogany and she is gonna help me.

My plan is to show up to the show tonight and halfway through security will turn the lights out and I will sing without anyone knowing.

Of course when I texted mahogany she freaked and facetimed me for an hour.

I leave the bathroom and make my way to the uber out front.

  When I'm finally seated on the plane I'm super nervous.
The flight is only 2 hours so I will have to sneak into the hotel with help from mahogany and hide in her room until the show.

  The whole idea of surprising the boys and Sam excites me and I listen to music the entire flight.

Soon enough I'm landing exactly where I need to be.
