Chapter 39

Caroline's POV

He looked at me with his deep brown eyes gleaming.

Finally he opened his mouth to speak.
"Caroline I-"

He was cut off by his phone ringing on the nightstand between the beds.
We both looked at it.
He stood up and read the caller ID.
"It's Brit," he said looking at me.

I could feel my heart sink to the floor.
I decided then that if he answered that call then I was done.
I was silently praying he would come back to me.

Come back to us.

The began again as soon as he pressed the answer button. He had his back turned to me.

I took the opportunity and left. This time I didn't look back. I was done with him and whatever he thought we were.

I went to the ballroom and Nash was already waiting.
"Nash can we just talk another time I-"

I couldn't finish my sentence before his lips were on mine.

I didn't pull back or push away, but I did notice something.

That same feeling I got when I kissed Cameron and Shawn, it wasn't there when I kissed Nash.

He pulled away first and looked at me with eyes the same shade of blue as mine.
"Caroline I sent those texts because I love you." He said slightly out of breath.

I was about to respond when once again I was interrupted.
This time is was Cameron slamming through the doors.

"Caroline I am so sorry! I answered just to tell her whatever we had was over and I loved you. Please Caroline, you have to believe I love you." He said.

Here I was standing between two boys who admitted they loved me.
What the hell do I do?

I looked back at Nash.
His eyes dropped.

"I'll just go then." Nash said.
I grabbed his arm and stopped him.

"No, Cameron you go." I said.

To say he looked shocked is an understatement.
He opened his mouth to protest, but quickly shut it when he saw the stern looking I was shooting him.

When he was gone, I turned back to Nash and smiled.
"I love you too Nash"

I've never seen him smile so hard ever.
I'm not sure if I meant it at the moment, but this love triangle between Cameron, Shawn and me had to stop.

He grabbed my hand and we walked into the lobby.

Sam, Mahogany, and Shawn were there.
When they saw me and Nash holding hands Sam and Mahogany smiled,but Shawn looked pissed.

I wanted to run after him, but something told me I needed to start letting go.

"Omg you two are like the cutest couple ever!" Sam gushed.

"Want to head to my room and watch a movie?" Nash asked.
I nodded and we walked over to the elevators.

"Nash can we not tell the fans about is just yet?" I asked. I felt bad for asking for some reason.

"Yeah of course babe,whenever you feel comfortable," he said smiling.
He was literally the sweetest person on earth.

We watched an entire season of American Horror Story, before we both fell asleep.

This was the second night I fell asleep in the arms of a guy.
