"Sunrise Confessions and Sunset Reflections"

It was early morning, around 5 AM, when Josh woke up. The rush of nervousness about the confession he promised to make coursed through him. Trying to calm himself, he decided to head to the balcony to watch the sunrise. As the first light broke through the horizon, he felt a slight hunger and went down to the kitchen to cook. He whipped up pancakes and eggs, hoping to surprise his friends when they woke up.

While Josh was on the balcony, he noticed someone's room door open. He turned and saw Pablo awake. Josh invited him for coffee, and Pablo nodded, heading down to get a cup before joining Josh on the balcony. They sat in silence for a minute before Pablo broke it.

"Bakit gising ka na ng ganito kaaga, Dre?" Pablo asked, sipping his coffee.

Josh shrugged. "I woke up suddenly and couldn't go back to sleep."

Pablo nodded, and they continued to talk quietly until the others woke up. They had breakfast together, and Ken noticed Josh glancing at Justin every now and then. Silently, Ken teased Josh, making him blush.

After breakfast, Josh decided to seize the day with Justin. "Hey, Justin, do you want to spend the day together?" Josh asked, trying to sound casual.

Ken smirked knowingly, but Justin smiled and agreed. "Sure, sounds like fun."

After breakfast, Justin went to shower, and Josh followed suit. Once they were ready, they headed to the beach, enjoying every minute of it. They laughed, joked, and bought various beach items like bracelets and shells. As the afternoon wore on, Josh decided to take Justin to a cat cafe, knowing how much he loved cats.

Justin's eyes lit up as soon as they walked in. He played with the cats and enjoyed the food, his happiness infectious. They spent the entire afternoon there, and as 4 PM approached, they left to watch the sunset by the sea.

They found a nearby bench and sat down, the silence between them comfortable. Josh decided to break it. "Justin, do you believe in love?"

Justin turned to look at him, then back at the horizon. "Yes, I do."

"Why do you believe in love?" Josh asked, his heart pounding.

"Because I fell in love once," Justin replied softly.

A twinge of pain shot through Josh's heart at the answer, and he fell silent. Justin noticed and asked, "Why all the love questions?"

Josh forced a smile. "Just bored, I guess."

As night fell, they returned to the beach house. Josh quickly went to Ken's room, finding him on his iPad. Ken turned it off when he saw Josh and immediately asked, "Did you confess?"

Josh broke down in tears. "Justin said he fell in love with someone. I was too dumb to confess."

Ken hugged Josh, comforting him. "There's always another time, Dre. Maybe this wasn't the right moment."

They decided to relax on the balcony, waiting for dinner. They talked and shared stories until they were hungry and went inside to eat. During dinner, Pablo broke the silence.

"Kamusta na yung mga stalkers niyo?" Pablo asked, looking at Stell and Ken.

Stell and Ken exchanged glances. "They haven't messaged for a while," Ken replied, and Stell nodded in agreement.

"That's a good thing," Pablo said, relieved.

After dinner, everyone headed to their rooms. Ken, however, decided to check on Stell. Finding him asleep, Ken left quietly. He then went to Josh's room but found it empty. Guessing where he might be, Ken went to the balcony and saw Josh staring at the stars. Deciding to let his friend be, Ken returned to his own room.

Lying in bed, Ken felt sad for Josh. His friend was hurting, and there was little he could do. With thoughts of Josh and his unspoken confession, Ken eventually fell asleep.
