Maddy's POV
I slowly woke up and was greeted by the brightness of the room. I squinted and sat up as I yawned and stretched my legs. Everyone was asleep except Liam who wasn't in the room. I watched Niall sleep. His hair was a little messy and his lips slightly parted. He is so adorable when he's sleeping.
The smell of bacon and eggs soon started to fill the air and my stomach grumbled lightly. I stood up and carefully walked to the door and downstairs into the kitchen.
"Morning Liam," I greeted him as he was busying himself with the fry pan. I sat down on one of the stools as I listened to the sound of oil spitting. I rested my elbows on the countertop and slouched down, resting my head in my hands.
"Morning Maddy," he greeted back as he turned around to look at me. He turned his head back to his fry pan and jerked it back to me almost instantly. I became slightly startled at his quick action.
"What's wrong?" I asked him as I sat back up, trying to be more alert.
"Your eyes are slightly puffy."
"Are they?"
I rubbed my eyes and felt that they were softer and thicker than usual, and then I remembered. Last night. The vague visions started to fill my brain.
"Have a look in the mirror," he told me.
"Oh my god," I said out loud quietly to myself.
"What's wrong?" he asked as he turned around to look at me again.
"N-Nothing."
I'm not sure if what I think I dreamed of is actually what I dreamed of, but if it, then that's just crazy and scary at the same time. I don't remember crying or anything though.
"Hey, what time's Sam coming over?"
"Uh, sometime around midday."
"Okay. Do you wanna go and wake everyone up and I'll bring it up when I'm done?"
"Okay."
I slipped off the chair and walked upstairs into the room. There I found Niall and Alice awake, opposite and talking to each other. I looked at Niall who had a nice, happy grin on his face.
"Morning," my sister greeted.
"Morning. Alice, go help Liam bring up breakfast."
"Yes, I'm starving!" she cheered as she got up and almost tripped over as she ran outside.
I walked over to Niall and crouched down beside him. He moved closer to me and rested his forehead against mine.
"Morning love," he greeted quietly in his cute Irish accent. He lifted my chin as he pressed his warm lips to mine. His kiss just made the bad dream I had last night go away and I couldn't help but smile in the kiss, and I knew that he was smiling too.
The kiss broke as we felt something hit our faces and we retreated. I looked in the direction which the pillow was thrown at us and found Louis with a tired look in his face. Niall grabbed the pillow and threw it back into his direction while I tried to hold back my smile.
"It's not exactly the first thing I want to see when I wake up, guys," he complained in a tired tone followed by a yawn.
"Well too bad," Niall said to him.
I chuckled lightly at what he said.
"Wake Zayn up," I ordered Louis. "Liam and Alice are bringing up breakfast.
"Okay."
He grabbed the pillow that we threw back at him and started to hit Zayn's face with it.
