Author's pov :

Jiraiya traveled through the forest at spring night he sighed not having the 'creativity' to continue his novel he thought about visiting the sand nation later maybe he'll get better 'creativity' there, for now he'll stop by small town his thoughts where cut off by sudden strong light from the right side between the bushes jiraiya got curious he didn't sense any chakra around but still someone there, the bushes twitches as a small figure appeared with eyes glowing in the dark the sannin glared "who are you" he spoke the glowing eyes vanish soon the moon light set on the figure his eyes widen. 

Small girl who gazed up to him, her clothes where.. strange and also big on her she didn't look from any near by villages or even clan, village sign to confirm it.

Jiraiya sighed kneeling down to her level "why are you here in the middle of nowhere at night it's dangerous for little girl like you this forest is full of rouge ninja- do you hear me?" the girl kept staring not saying anything jiraiya sighed again 'great i'm stuck with mute girl.. why couldn't be a women' he thought but his thoughts got interrupted by the girl pulling on his face like she's trying to see if the person in front of her is real.

"Is really you.. jiraiya!" yuna said pulling on his nose "whao! whao!.. you're not a fan are you? you're too young to read my novel" jiraiya said trying to pull her away "no of course i don't read your scandalous books! you're the legendary sannin".

Jiraiya chuckled standing up making his usual pose "of course i'm the legendary sannin master of frogs! and-"

"Pervert" yuna add 

He glared at her interruption "i'm doing research! to make my master piece and-" jiraiya kept talking yuna rolled her eyes in disgust "anyway.. where did you come from? you don't look like anyone i've ever seen" yuna thought for a moment is it okay to tell him? maybe about her being from another place far away place and not anything else, glancing at her small hands she returned to her 12 year old self 'wow.. what a golden age.. the absolute PTSD'.

"well.. i'm from far away.. not here" she said jiraiya raised his brow.

"Are you from maybe any villages of the 5 nations?" 

"Nope.."

awkward silence fall between them "it's not just me i have other two friends i'm trying to find.. maybe if we travel together i'll be able to find them!" yuna suggested then trailed off "or are you gonna leave defenseless little girl in scary forest here" jiraiya huffed annoyed "i'm a sannin not a babysitter" he walks yuna grin "well you did it before with nagato and the others right? even write a book about him" .

He stopped face turning serious "how did you know? and where did learn that" he turn back towering at yuna, she crossed her arms "you can say abilities but i'm not here for problems i just want to find my friends and in return i'll help you with anything" jirayia scoffed but felt bad leaving her alone like this he's not a bad person.. just don't know how to act with children he didn't know yuna is 21 not 12 he sighed tiredly pointing his finger to follow her she smiled and follow behind .

"First we need to get you new clothes.. you can't stay in a oversized shirt there's some.. creeps" jiraiya state "ahuh.. like oruchimaru?" yuna replied the sannin choked a little but chuckled "well he's another story".
