His lips moved against her shoulder, lingering up to her neck before his teeth grazed against her earlobe, a slight moan threatening to leave him but he avoided it, brushing his fingers down the slope of her nose for a mere moment, as if just to memorize her facial structure. A sound escaped her lips, a mixture of a groan and a giggle as she tightened her hold around his arms, which were circled around her middle. He felt a smile grow on his face as she leaned back so the back of her head was resting against his shoulder, her eyes closed as she completely lost herself in him.

Bruce found himself spinning her around, causing her to yelp in surprise, but then his lips attacked hers, causing a surprised yet happy sound to escape her, her laugh sounding like music to him. It was pure, beautiful and the best thing he had ever heard. She wrapped her arms around his neck, able to do so without tiptoeing due to the high heels she wore, which he knew she only put on because of their height difference. He pushed her against her table aggressively, causing her to bite his lip to prevent a small cry of pain to leave her mouth, half from being successfully seduced and half from annoyance. Ignoring the hint, Bruce lifted her onto the lab table, not caring for the papers and the scattered mess she was now sat on. She pulled back, her hands falling to his shoulders as his large brown eyes stared up at her. He saw a flicker of fear spark across her face as green specks invaded his own, but he ignored it, wrapping his around her waist and pulling her closer to him. She loved being close to him, but she remembered how quickly his anger got to him.

"Bruce, I think we should stop." She whispered. He paid her no mind, continuing to nimble at her neck, until he eventually bit her so hard she cried out, shoving him away from her with both hands, now wanting to put more distance between them. "You...You bit me!"

He didn't apologize, or say a word. Instead, he stood there, his chest rising and falling in a rapid pace as his shoulders stiffened. She jumped from the table but Bruce could already feel his bones begin to crack, his emotions taking control as his clothes shredded, his green alter-ego fully taking control of him despite her desperate pleas for him to listen to her. She was always good at keeping him calm; not this time.

Emily gasped before she made a run for the door, but the Hulk scooped her up off the floor before she could reach it. She cried out but he roared loudly, his voice echoing around the lab, the glass shattering, as he tightened his grip around his fragile little girlfriend. Emily struggled against his large overgrown fist but her pathetic attempts were in vain as the Hulk that showed no signs of her beloved Bruce turned to face her. Her lip trembled, her whole body shaking with terror as she stared into his monstrous green gaze. Without hesitation, the Hulk stormed to the other side of the room, but as he moved, he raised his fist and threw Emily to the ground. She screamed in pain but he couldn't hear it, his rage taking control as he threw punch after punch to her agonizing body. He ignored her cries, her trembling form and her desperate pleas for Bruce. He ignored them until they creased in volume before disappearing altogether.

He threw his head back and roared.

Suddenly, the Hulk stumbled back a step and he found himself creasing in size until the color of his skin transformed from the dark green to it's natural color. Bruce collapsed to the ground, his whole body shaking and sweating, but as he stared at the damage around the lab he had caused, he saw a red high heel on the floor, abandoned. His insides went cold as he gingerly picked it up, recognizing it instantly as Emily's.

"Emily?" He called out; his voice shook with fear. "Emily?"

He got no response. His hand gripped the high heel as he followed the destruction the Hulk had left behind, before his eyes caught sight of the woman he had been so thankful he had called his. The high heel slipped from his fingers as he cried out in agony, collapsing to his knees while he shuffled forward, pulling Emily's mangled corpse into his lap. He brushed her bloody blonde hair from her face, but her square shaped glasses were missing from her face and her gorgeous blue eyes were staring lifelessly up at the damaged ceiling, but it was obvious she had died in pain and terrified. He felt his body shake in devastation at the realization at what he had done.
