When Emily started dating Stiles, he started to act more sarcastic and smug around the other boys that had previously been eyeing her or wanting to ask her out. Jackson Whitmore had always attempted to flirt with Emily, even with her status as 'a loser' because she chose to hang around with Scott and Stiles, and despite his relationship with Lydia Martin. But after Emily started dating her best friend, and he stopped dating the strawberry blonde, and they both learnt of the supernatural, he had started to flirt a lot more to show his interest. And this bugged Stiles to no end.

Stiles went mental when Mr. Harris had suddenly assisted everyone lab partners and Emily became Jackson's partner. He hated that he was put with Greenberg but his girlfriend was assisted with someone who wanted to get into her pants, someone that had been insistent in getting closer to her and their teacher had provided it for him. Scott had laughed about it, as he was put with Allison, just like he wanted.

"Looks like I got the best lab partner in the class," Jackson flirted as she sat beside him for the second time that week. Stiles grumbled in the corner.

"Actually, everyone knows Lydia is the smartest girl in class." Emily told him with a raised eyebrow. "Remember Lydia? She's the girl that is still very much in love with you?"

Jackson laughed. Harris had assigned them a project, and Emily was the only one even trying to finish it.

"Lydia doesn't love me and I don't love her," Jackson grinned. He knew he was attractive, and Emily knew it, but she still didn't like him whatsoever.

"Good for you, then." Emily didn't want to argue with him.

Jackson leaned forward, his eyes catching sight of Stiles glaring at them from the back. "You know, you are gorgeous and we both know you could do a lot better than Stilinski."

Emily turned his way. "Really, Whitmore? Like who, then? You?"

Jackson laughed at her sarcastic tone. "Of course, I'm talking about me. Who else?"

"You're not my type."

"I'm everyone's type." Jackson said with a cocky smirk.

Emily turned to face him. Jackson was very good looking, with blondish brown hair, large green-blue eyes with a well sculptured jaw and he was well muscled with a good tan. But Emily never actually felt attracted to Jackson Whitmore, and she knew the only girl that could even tolerate Jackson's horrid personality is Lydia Martin.

"Well," Emily said with an annoyed frown "I guess it's too bad for you that I already have a boyfriend."

Jackson smirked. "Stilinski's more of a girlfriend, really."

Emily clenched her jaw, and her shook in anger at Jackson's remark. She hated it when people mocked Stiles in front of her, and she was very defensive of him, even before they had started dating. Emily didn't care of Stiles' weaknesses; he had enough strength to empower them.

"Stiles is more of a man than you, Whitmore," Emily hissed.

Jackson leaned forward and pressed his lips against her ear, so he was breathing on her skin, and smirked when he saw her stiffen.

"I can prove how much more of a man I am against Stilinski, if you wanna ditch the rest of the day with me and come to my house." Jackson breathed.

Emily turned her head. "I'll rather make out with Greenberg."

Stiles stared at the two from the back, and his eyes were piercing the back of Jackson's head. Scott sat in front of him and could practically sense his best friend's anger. Greenberg sat beside Stiles but was staring blankly at the wall. Stiles saw Jackson lean towards Emily and whisper in her ear. Stiles stood, his hands shaking in rage, but Scott had gripped his arm and prevented him from trying to attack Jackson.
