Livid. That was all she could describe herself as when she realised Bakugo had used her for his own vendetta against Midoriya. However, as she stormed over towards him - the adrenaline of the fight fading away - she began to recognise that lingering feeling of hunger bubbling over again. She'd ignored it when she reunited with Bakugo during the match, she ignored it after exerting too much energy. But now?

The vampire clutched her stomach. Something had changed with her power after using it more often with Miruko, she could feel it. It was stronger, her hunger didn't feel like it would be satisfied by a brief afternoon nap, or prolonged until lunch time. No, she needed something now. Anything.

Mizuki looked around, eyes darting around the training ground, sniffing the air for anything that could be dubbed as edible. Though, no matter how hard she tried to find something, her senses would constantly wander back to the cut on Bakugo's palm, the blood soaking gradually through his glove. God, it was so hard to resist.

Noticing her glances - he'd have to be blind not to - Bakugo huffed, crossing his arms. "What? We won didn't we? No need for you to bitch about how." He scoffed, assuming she was glaring at him rather than eyeing him up like a meal.

it only took a few seconds to flip a switch in her. she was no longer thinking about the negatives of biting him. no longer thinking about the backlash of her actions. but now, thinking more about the positives. the smoke cover gave her discretion. Bakugo didn't seem like the type to tell teachers. everything was... perfect. So perfect.

In a flash, she was on him, a predator pouncing onto its prey. It was the fastest Bakugo had ever seen her move, he would have been in awe if it wasn't for the sharp sting in his neck. Too in shock to move, perhaps a side effect of the vampires quirk, Bakugo was forced to stay still, his face paling as Mizuki drank. The fog continued to surround them - no cameras, no witnesses - and once Mizuki had her fill, she pulled back, taking in the new found power.

This was the most blood she'd ever consumed in one sitting. Normally a drop was enough to enhance her powers, but this much? This was different. She felt strong, fast, the best she'd ever felt. Gone were the constant feelings of hunger and fatigue. But at what cost?

The wound on Bakugo's neck healed as he glared at Mizuki with pure outrage. "What the hell was that?" He reached out to grab her uniform, but before his hand could clasp, she was gone, stood behind him. Wow, she was fast now. So fast, he didn't even see or sense of move.

"What's... what's happening to me?" She seemed confused, her senses on overdrive. Hearing everything, feeling everything.

It was surreal.

She liked it.

Wanted more.

"I asked you a damn question!" Bakugo yelled at her, turning to face her. He noticed the strange expression instantly, the way she was holding herself. This is what he'd wanted from his fight with her during the sports festival, but now he was seeing it, more so than before, he looked uneasy, unsure if this was the same girl he'd faced.

"I... I didn't mean to do that." She started to tune back into the conversation, trying to ignore her hyperactive senses. "This is a lot." She didn't know herself what she was referring to. Was it the power? Or was it everything she'd been going through lately that had pushed her to snap - lose control of something she'd had a handle on since she'd developed a quirk.

Confusion made it onto Bakugo's face. He wouldn't tell anyone, why would he? Mizuki already had enough problems without adding fuel to the fire. But that wasn't to say that he didn't take issue with being bitten and drank from like a mid-training snack. "Leave then. Before you end up biting someone who'd dislikes you more than I do.

"But." She thought for a moment. She wanted to stay, to prove she wasn't weak. But deep down she knew Bakugo was right - even though she hated to admit that. Staying here meant people would know about the blood, it wouldn't be good for her already villainous reputation.

"Fine." She sighed. "But, you have to let me make it up to you. I didn't mean to do that."
