Gin screamed as she shot up in bed.

The nightmare had felt so real.

Of course it had been real, up until the point where the guys came bursting into her apartment. Though in her nightmare that hadn't happened. In her nightmare, Griff was laughing at her screams and pleas for help. In her nightmare Mags was standing there watching with a look of sick satisfaction on her face.

A look that Gin knew she had seen before. But for the life of her she couldn't figure out where.

In her nightmare they had stripped her of her clothes and were about to rape her, when she bolted upright in the bed. Looking around in a panic, not realizing where she was.

"Gin! Are you okay sweet?" Beth suddenly enveloped her in her arms so tightly she found it hard to breath. But at the same time, she was grateful for her being there.

She nodded, "Just a nightmare, again." She had only been able to sleep for less than an hour at a time, ever since the attack. "Where's Griff?" She had been told that he had insisted that they stay in his room, something she knew that he hated. He had let her stay there before, quite a few times actually, but she knew that his private room was just that. Private. No one was allowed in there unless he was there, apart from her. He had left her there alone quite a few times, had even told her to wait for him there during an impromptu club meeting.

So the fact that he was allowing both her and Beth to stay in here meant a lot.

A look passed over Beth's eyes. "He, um, he is having a chat with the guys who broke into our place." She looked uncomfortable even saying the small lie out load. Of course they were asking questions, but there was bound to be a lot of screaming involved. These bikers may have been nice to her, but she knew that they all had a darkness within them that they relished in at times.

And this was one of those times.

She nodded, grateful that he wasn't here. She may have called him but there was no way that they were anywhere near okay.

"He didn't think that you would want him anywhere near you. Told me that even though you called him he wasn't expecting anything from you."

Well, that was a surprise.

She was sure that he would have tried to use this as an opportunity to worm his way back in.

"I don't. Not right now anyway." She really didn't know what to make of the whole situation. Of all the people she could have called, why did she choose him? "I suppose you think I should hear him out, after all he did help me?"

A look of horror flashed over her face. "No. I think you should talk to him only if you want to. You are in no way obligated to do anything for that man after what he did to you. Even if he is in therapy."

That shocked her.

The very same man who hated Doctors, who had once said that getting professional help was for pussies, was now getting professional help? She didn't know what to make of that at all.

She supposed that she should feel happy that he was trying to sort himself out, but she just didn't know how to feel. After everything that he had done, she wasn't sure how she was supposed to look him in the eye again.

And she was getting fed up with people telling her that she should talk to him at least. Several people over the last month had said that she should hear him out. That he deserved to tell her his side. But what about what she deserved? She hadn't deserved what he had done, she knew that. And they knew that, but still they wanted her to talk with him.

As if she was the one who needed to beg to talk!

NO! No way! No way in hell was she going to be the one who chased him for answers to questions she didn't want to ask.
