Gin wasn't sure how they had managed to get back to their building, she was in a sort of post kiss haze.
And what a kiss it was. It wasn't the best kiss she had ever had, unfortunately that one went to Griff. But it was still amazing, still made her feel as if she was the only woman in the world.
"So, when do you wanna go out next?" Cody asked her when they got to their front doors.
Now normally she would never have done what she did next. She would normally want to go slow, take her time to get to know the man she was with. Maybe it was because she felt less desirable and needed to feel something. Maybe it was because she just wanted to throw caution to the wind. Or maybe it was because she was just really horny. She already knew Cody, so maybe that was why she just lunged at him. Kissing him yet again.
This time though it didn't take him long to take control. He pushed her up against the wall closest to her door, kissing her with all he was worth. His hands weren't idle either, they had started by holding her face gently, then one slid into her hair, gripping it at the base of her neck. The other seemed to have a mind of its own. Sliding down her arm before moving to her waist then slowly up to her right breast.
He tweaked her nipple through her clothes, causing her to moan out loud. He slowly moved to kiss her neck, all the while keeping up with the nipple tweaking. The moans wouldn't stop coming.
"I'm not ready for a relationship!" she blurted out. As soon as she had said it she internally cringed, thinking that she had just ruined the moment.
"That's fine." Kiss. "I know," Kiss. "You just want have fun." Then his tongue started licking her neck causing her to giggle.
"So just sex? Right?" She needed to make sure they were on the same page.
"Fuck yeah!" he said right before he grabbed her behind her knees, lifting her up. She wrapped her legs around his waist as he went to move to her apartment door.
"Wait no! Beth might be in there."
"Okay...so?"
"I, um, I can be a bit loud. My ex hated it." She was so embarrassed to have admitted that. Darrel had told her once that it turned him off what she got so load.
The devilish grin he had on his face when he looked into her eyes was enough to make her swoon. "My place it is then. Can't wait to make you scream."
Then next thing she knew he had his door opened and she was pressed up against the wall in is entryway. His mouth finding hers yet again.
She couldn't wait any longer, months of not getting any had made her so frustrated that she just knew she wasn't going to last long. She pushed his jacket off of his shoulders before tugging at his shirt.
God she just needed him naked.
He apparently had the same thought as he started tugging her clothes off as well. Soon they were both naked and he was carrying her towards what she assumed was his bedroom. She couldn't really tell as he hadn't stopped kissing her since they got inside, well apart from when he was taking her clothes off.
He pulled away, smirking at her before he threw her onto his bed, causing her to giggle again. A second later he was on the bed with her, kissing up her legs. When he got to the top, she expected him to just dive right in, but he pulled away.
"You ready? I know its been a while for you, same for me as well if I'm honest. But I just wanna make sure that you are completely sure before we start."
She laughed at that. "Bit late to change my mind, being all naked and all."
"You could still say no. If you don't want this, we can stop here and try again another time." He looked so serious, that she instantly stopped laughing.
"Cody, I may have to kill you if you fucking stop right now! So get to it mister!"
This time he laughed. "As you wish, my lady."
The next thing she knew his tongue was doing things that she didn't even know a tongue could do. Soon she was a screaming, moaning mess as he worked her body like an fiddle.
Several hours later and they both collapsed on the bed.
"Wow." Was all she could say, the smile in her voice as clear as day.
She wasn't sure what she was going to do with her life, but she was sure of one thing. She was so hoping that Cody was up for more nights like this one.
For the first time in so long she fell into a deep sleep with a smile on her face, completely satisfied.
Griff was sat outside the bastards apartment all night.
A stupid idea as he wasn't completely healed yet, but he needed to hear what was going on. It was torture hearing her screaming for that prick. Hearing her moaning his name.
He hated it. Hated knowing that it could have been him. If only he hadn't screwed up so badly. If only he hadn't been so stupid as to let himself get dragged into Mag's scheme.
If only he had realized just how much it hurt sooner, if only he had not let himself get pulled in.
It was clear to him now.
The damage that he had caused her.
He picked up his phone and messaged Burn. 'I'm at Gin's building. Come get me.'
He didn't wait for a reply before he put his phone away, then slowly started getting up. He was stiff, and was sure that he wasn't going to be able to move much when he got to his bed.
But he didn't care. He lost the will to care when he saw her kissing someone else.
He tried to reason it out saying at least he had never allowed her to see anything, but realized soon after that he was just being stupid. It didn't matter if she saw or didn't, the hurt would still be there. The knowledge would still be there.
He had fucked up so badly.
He knew she had every right to do this to him, he would never had thought that she would have, but then again after what he had done he guessed that it was something she needed to do.
As he had sat there listening to them, he had come to the conclusion that he needed to do more to earn her trust back. Something he was sure that he might not be able to do.
But he had to try at the very least.
Even if she turned around and told him to go jump off a cliff, he needed to do something. He took his phone out again and this time called someone.
"Hello. This is the office of Dr. Holtsman. How may I help you?" Why was the receptionists voice nearly always grating?
"Hi, my name is Griff. I need to book some more appointments." He then proceeded to book two sessions a week for the next month.
He really hoped that this helped. Or at the very least helped him to understand why he was so fucked up.
