Gin was laying in Griffs bed.
It had been a few days since Reaper's funeral, and several people had stopped by to offer their sympathy's or to ask if she needed anything. She was grateful for them checking on her, but she would like to be left alone some times. Griff had stuck by her side again, as if he didn't have anywhere else he had to be, and had acted as her doorman, and shoulder to cry on when she needed it.
She was both grateful and skeptical about his actions.
She wanted to believe that he was a changed man, but she just couldn't get past what he had done. It wasn't just the cheating, but the lying and the fact that he had left her in his bed and snuck off to fuck Mags. Yes, she knew that Mags had more than likely seduced him or manipulated him into it, but it didn't change the fact that he had done it.
She kept going round in circles about him, and it wasn't helping her state of mind.
She was currently laying in his bed, wearing his t-shirt. As she tried to organize her thought.
He had had to go to a meeting downstairs, and she had started to freak out when he had told her. She hadn't been alone for more then the time it took for him to go into his bathroom in weeks. So as a sort of temporary solution he had taken the very shirt off of his back and pulled it over her head. Then said, "Now I have to come back. Can't go out in just my cut now, can I?" before he walked out, closing the door behind him.
He had only been gone for a few minutes when she had gotten a text on the new phone he had gotten her.
'Really boring, wish I had skipped and stayed with you.'
She had smiled at that, knowing that he would never miss a meeting with his brothers to discuss business. Not even for her.
She was so confused about everything he was doing.
But she also had more pressing matters to think about.
She had been told that she was the one who was going to have to decide what happened to the guys who had helped Mags, and of course Mags herself.
Freddric had come and spent some time with her yesterday and told her all about what she had done to him. She had been absolutely sickened by the way she had managed to convince his own brother, who was well aware that he was gay, that he had tried to molest her.
She knew that she had to do something about her, about all of them really, but how was she supposed to pass judgement on them all? She was blaming herself for everything that had happened to her.
If she hadn't of befriended Mags in the first place then none of this would have happened.
She wouldn't have had her boyfriend cheat on her with his co-worker. She wouldn't have met Griff, started dating him, only to find out that he was fucking Mags behind her back. She wouldn't have trusted her, even though she had shown that she absolutely couldn't be trusted. She wouldn't have run off to her rescue only for it to turn into a trap. She wouldn't have been caught, beaten and almost sold off to some sicko, by her. But most of all, she wouldn't have gotten Reaper killed.
And that was the thing she was stuck on.
She had gotten Reaper killed.
She hadn't meant to, and deep down she knew that he willingly stepped in front of that bullet. But she also knew that he wouldn't have had to if she wasn't such a fucking moron.
But still she was sure that she wouldn't be able to sentence them. She was too soft hearted, and she would let them off lightly, even after everything she had been through. She also knew that she would be too tempted to allow them to hurt her even more then they had already.
