Lumian, combining his knowledge of physics, pondered for a moment and asked:"Why not just call it the Law of Conservation?"
"That's a different law, but you don't need to know the details right now," the lady nodded approvingly. "Actually, in essence, it's the same as the Law of Non-Extinction, but with additional preconditions and specific explanations."
I see... Lumian thought for a while and carefully said:
"According to the Law of Non-Extinction, if I want to obtain extraordinary traits, apart from hunting the corresponding monsters, I could also target other extraordinary beings?"
Since extraordinary traits don't perish, they must emerge from an extraordinary being after death.
The lady appeared somewhat thoughtful:
"You're very perceptive.
"That's why this law isn't suitable for most extraordinary beings to know. It could lead to mutual slaughter, leaving no room for trust among them."
"Even without this law, humans would still kill each other," Lumian wasn't bothered by it. "In the real world, isn't there already enough suspicion, bullying, and murder?"
The lady responded with interest:
"But at least there's still some warmth, some light of humanity."
Lumian thought for a moment more:
"From another perspective, this law should actually become a consensus among extraordinary beings. Only then can the weaker ones prepare themselves in advance and avoid becoming prey for the few who know."
The lady nodded slightly:
"That makes some sense.
"In fact, after a few battles between extraordinary beings, most involved can probably guess some of it."
She then said:
"The second law is called the Law of Extraordinary Trait Aggregation."
"Aggregation..." Lumian found it hard to understand.
He couldn't deduce this from what had been mentioned earlier.
The lady's expression became slightly more serious:
"As the creator of this world, even if the original Creator was split into different extraordinary traits, it doesn't mean He has completely left the stage. His spirit is scattered within these traits, never to be extinguished, unless the world itself perishes.
"Though these spirits are closer to imprints, they have an instinct to reunite, to resurrect the original being.
"In other words, once you become an extraordinary being, you'll find it easier to encounter other extraordinary beings, especially those on the same or neighboring pathways. This is a fate-driven aggregation, and the higher your sequence, the more evident this becomes."
Lumian had many questions he wanted to ask but couldn't bring them up all at once, so he started with the most pressing:
"Combining this with the Law of Non-Extinction, does this mean that aggregation leads to slaughter?"
Once again, the lady showed an approving expression:
"You're really perceptive about these things.
"When you're at a lower sequence, it's not too bad. But once you reach the demigod stage, especially as an angel, you'll have to find ways to mitigate or avoid the effects of aggregation."
