Lumiere halted in his steps and cast his gaze toward the "Curly-Haired Baboon Research Society" president, who was dressed in a linen robe.

The nearly half-giant "Gandalf" didn't need mechanical devices or mystical methods to make his voice echo throughout the ancient palace:

"I just had a conversation with 'Isotope,' and I think there's an issue that deserves our attention.

"He mentioned that ever since advancing to Sequence 6, he's been encountering extraordinary individuals and getting involved in supernatural events more frequently than before.

"This aligns with my own rough observations over the past few years. You all know that I enjoy chatting with every member and asking about the additional changes brought about by extraordinary powers. Also, I've progressed further down the path of divinity than most, giving me a deeper understanding.

"The reason I'm bringing this up is to present a conclusion:

"Almost without exception, as one's Sequence increases, the frequency of mystical events occurring around them becomes significantly higher. When one is at Sequence 9, this phenomenon isn't very noticeable. But starting from Sequence 7 or 6, even those who don't usually pay attention to such matters will feel it directly, wondering why they keep running into supernatural events.

"Let me use numbers to illustrate it roughly. At Sequence 9, the number of extraordinary events or encounters with other supernaturals might be 1 per quarter. This is easily obscured by participation in mystical gatherings and small group activities, making it hard to notice. At Sequence 8, this doubles to 2. By Sequence 7, it could surge to 5 or 6, meaning you might encounter one or two supernatural events or extraordinary individuals every month.

"With this phenomenon in mind, do any of you have thoughts or speculations? Can we identify the reason behind it? There might be some fundamental mystical laws at play here."

Lumiere was a bit stunned as he listened:

This "Gandalf," a fellow traveler from another world, was highly research-minded and remarkably perceptive, managing to identify the external manifestation of the "Law of Extraordinary Aggregation"!

He was also the one who previously suggested that advancing to Sequence 9 or 8 has become easier in recent years, with the possibility of directly absorbing extraordinary characteristics, even providing precise estimates of the risks involved.

A true researcher... Lumiere couldn't help but marvel in Aurore's usual manner.

For someone like Lumiere, who harbored an angel and a sealed god within, while also being imbued with divine-level powers and aura, the "Law of Extraordinary Aggregation" was so evident that it was impossible to ignore. Even a fool would realize something was up.

Yet sometimes, Lumiere felt that the "Law of Extraordinary Aggregation" hadn't fully exerted its potential. He half-jokingly thought that only when members of the "Sinners" organization or the family of Roselle Louis Sanson were drawn to Market Avenue and ran into him would it be considered effective.

Perhaps the divine blessings were weaker in aggregating extraordinary characteristics, or the seal on Termiboros was dampening its influence. Whatever the reason, his wish had yet to be fulfilled.

As someone standing in for his sister at the gathering, and out of a desire to keep a low profile, Lumiere refrained from walking up to "Gandalf" and directly selling the "Law of Extraordinary Aggregation" for a hefty price.
