Shoto's POV:

It's only the first day of classes at UA, and already I'm regretting every life choice that led me here. The morning started off great—no, amazing—with Izuku actually kissing me after I confessed to him. I never thought he'd feel the same way, but here we are, officially dating, and it feels like my world has shifted in the best possible way.

But that feeling of warmth and happiness doesn't last. Not after what I just saw.

HELL NO!

THEY DID NOT!

HELLLL NOOOOO!!!!!!

There I was, casually sitting in the cafeteria, when I happened to glance out the window. That's when I saw him—Izuku, walking along one of the school's paths, looking... well, adorable, as usual. But then, out of nowhere, a huge bucket of water comes crashing down on him.

A bucket of ice-cold water...with ice in it....

It was like watching a slow-motion horror movie. One moment, Izuku was just walking along, and the next, he was drenched, shivering, and looking completely stunned. And the culprits? Some third-year support course students standing on a balcony, laughing their heads off like they'd just pulled off the prank of the century.

THEY DID NOT...

MY IZUKU!

MY DEAR HONEY!!!!!

I could feel my blood boiling. They were laughing at my Izuku. My hands clenched into fists, and the familiar cold spread up my right side, my quirk reacting to my emotions before I even realized it.

They were going to pay for this.

OHH HOW THEY WERE ABOUT TO PAY FOR THIS!

I didn't even think about it—I just stood up and walked out of the cafeteria, my mind focused on one thing: revenge. Sure, Izuku could handle himself, but that didn't mean those idiots deserved to get away with what they'd done.

It didn't take long to find them. Running away from where they were. I could hear them laughing again after a bit...., and it only made the anger inside me grow.

Without a second thought, I raised my hand and sent a blast of ice across the ground, freezing the area in an instant. The students' laughter died off as they realized they were trapped. Slowly, they turned to see me standing there, my eyes practically daring them to make a move.

Me: Do you think that was funny?

My voice as cold as the ice around us.

They didn't answer, too shocked or scared to even speak, I knew they were running away from Izuku a moment ago but they still had the guts to be laughing. Oh what idiots. But I wasn't interested in what they had to say. I raised my hand again, ready to freeze the whole building if I had too and teach them a lesson they wouldn't forget.

But before I could, I felt something wrap around my arm, pulling me back. I turned my head slightly to see Aizawa-sensei standing behind me, his capture scarf holding me in place.

Aizawa: Stop right there, Todoroki, I can't let you go freezing students on your first day.

I didn't say anything right away, still fuming as I glared at the support course students. They deserved this. They deserved worse. But Aizawa wasn't letting go, and I knew better than to try and fight him.

Me: They drenched Izuku with freezing water! THEY DESERVE THIS!!!

Aizawa's eyes narrowed slightly, and I could tell he was thinking it over. He looked at the students—who were still trapped by the ice—and then back at me.

Aizawa: And you decided to take matters into your own hands?

Me: They didn't deserve to get off easy.

Aizawa sighed, and for a moment, I thought he was going to lecture me. But instead, he just let go of my arm, his scarf retracting.

Aizawa: Fine.... I didn't see anything. Just... try not to freeze anyone solid, and get me intro trouble with this shit.

I blinked, taken aback.

Me: You're... letting this slide?

Aizawa shrugged, already turning to leave.

Aizawa: I'm not paid enough to deal with third-years and their pranks. Besides, I don't see any real harm done. Just remember, Todoroki, this is UA, not a battlefield.... and your father can't save you here.

And with that, he walked away, leaving me standing there, still half-ready to unleash another wave of ice or even fire at this point. I glanced back at the support course students, who were now looking at me like I was some kind of monster.

They were lucky Aizawa stepped in when he did. If it had been up to me, they'd be learning how to shit themselves out right about now.

But as I let the ice around the hallway melt away, I felt the anger in me start to flame up again and then switched to my fire side. They were about to learn their lesson... a good full lesson on why it is a bad thing to mess with the TODOROKI'S! I am one after all and if granny did taught me one thing then it was to protect whatever I needed and treasured.

Me: Now let's have a whole new chat... shall we.....
