i just want to sleep but i guess that's not very productive. so i dragged myself out of the bed somehow and got dressed up. i can do that much for my girls. as soon as i was done getting ready i decided to check up on jeonghan. 

i knocked at jeonghan's door and when he didn't answer i just opened it. i was about to shout to wake him up but then i realized he wasn't alone. scoups was sleeping on the ground for some reason and jeonghan was wrapped up in his bed like a burrito.

so there was a reason, scoups and joshua came to jeonghan's room when i came to see him last night. they probably got drunk and wasted.

i feel bad for their liver.

i tiptoed to jeonghan's bed avoiding stepping on seungcheol. jeonghan was covered in blanket from head to toe like a cocoon. i perched on the ground beside the bed and poked his back as he was facing the wall but he caught my wrist and turned over. 

it won't be an exaggeration to say that my heart jumped out of my chest.

joshua furrowed his brows and groaned as his sleep was disturbed but didn't wake up. instead he placed my hand on his cheek.

i was frozen in place like a statue. it was way too unexpected and my heart was still beating too fast.

i was surprised by how soft and smooth his face was but this was no time to think about skincare routines. 

after a few seconds of just watching him sleep so peacefully, i calmed down and tried to remove my hand from his grip without waking him up.

as soon as my hand slipped away from his face, joshua mumbled something in frustration and pulled me. i was jerked forward and before i knew it i was leaning forward with joshua's arms circled around me.

my face turned red as the warm blood rushed into my cheeks. i was so hot it felt like i could burn up any moment.

fortunately, i wasn't standing or i would've been on top of him. even imagining it makes me want to vanish into thin air. instead it was just his arms around me as i sat on the ground completely perplexed.

i tried to pull myself away without getting caught but his grip was too strong. i was about to hit him when i heard the door creak open. 

my head snapped in that direction immediately and my eyes met with jeonghan. we stared at each other. both too flustered to say anything.

jihye: i - i thought it was you

jeonghan: uh sh-shua!

joshua hummed on hearing his name, but he didn't open his eyes. he hadn't realized yet. as if i wasn't embarrassed enough seungcheol got up too. his dyed hair were in an absolute mess and sticking up like goku. he looked around with a confused face and as soon as he saw me his eyes widened. i grinned awkwardly.
