"Aurora??!" No, this cannot be possible. Maybe she looks like her. But why did I get inhuman vibes from her? If she is not Aurora, then she must be a human, Forbes will not invite any supernatural creature to their party. Is she... really...? What should I do, should I go and ask her directly? But if she is a lookalike, then it will be very embarassing. I whispered and wondering about this mysterious girl talking and laughing with her boyfriend or friend maybe when suddenly someone said, "Back to earth." I saw my sister standing in front of me and I said to her, "You have come at the right time. Look who is standing there." As soon as I said this, we looked at the direction where she was standing but, "sh*t, she is gone." I whispered.
"Who??" Monica asked.
"You won't believe me. I saw... I think I saw Aurora." I said and her eyes widened in shock.
"Are you sure?" She asked.
"No I'm not and I need to confirm. I think she might be a look-alike but I felt something weird about her." I said.
"Are you getting any inhuman vibes?" She asked raising her eyebrows.
I nodded and she said, "same. I felt the same. Maya, I could sense the presence of a vampire other than two of us and that's why I came here to tell you about this. You know that my intuitions are never wrong."
"What! A vampire other than us!?" I said getting shocked.
We were discussing this serious matter when Mayson came to us saying, "Hey guys! Sorry to interrupt you, but I would like to introduce you both with my family, if you don't mind."
"Sure we'd love to." Monica said, But I was disgusted at the thought of meeting HIS family. I did not want to meet those killers, but still I maintained a smile on my face because this is a good opportunity to know them so that I can f*cking give them what they deserve.
In a short while Mayson and his f*cking family appeared before us and they started introducing themselves but my eyes got stuck on the girl named Genevieve who is his younger brother's girlfriend and I was shocked to know this because she isn't any ordinary girl. I had the same feeling when I bumped into the girl who looked just like Aurora and was more shocked when I and Monica shook her hand. A VAMPIRE! She's a vampire. Mine and my sister's eyes widened and we saw a sinister smile on her face. What the hell is happening! I thought when his mother started talking interrupting my thoughts, "Stewart sisters. Nice to meet you both and thank you Dr Monica for taking care of my son's mental health."

(Mayson's POV)
Finally the actual get together was underway which my mother had been waiting for and she was EXTRA happy to meet them, I don't know for what.
"Stewart sisters. Nice to meet you both and thank you Dr Monica for taking care of my son's mental health." Mom said and I thought what do you mean mental health. I'm not a psycho mom.
"O it's nothing big, rather it is my good fortune that I got a chance to meet your son" Monica responded politely as usual and then my mom asked the world's most illicit question she had been waiting for like ages, "Do you have any boyfriend?"
She became nervous upon hearing this question out of the blue and I whispered to my mother, "what the heck mom! She was with Kyle few minutes ago and they both were looking perfect TOGETHER."
"Oh! Why didn't you tell me earlier? I would have set him up with her, afterall he is also like my son. Don't worry she has a beautiful sister." She whispered and smirked and I whispered yell, "moooom... please don't."
"She's just kidding. Please don't mind." I said and both the sisters started smiling while feeling awkward.
My mother now turned towards Maya and said, "Hey dear! So you are the one in my son's new album. Right?"
"Yes Mrs Forbes." She said and smiled. I didn't expect her to be so polite, though.
"O c'mon, you don't have to be so formal, just call me aunty. By the way, I really liked the romance between you two in the song. I know it was just a song, still you both looked so good together." Mom said and I literally slapped myself in the face while my father patted my back and consoled me saying, "Son, you can't get out of your mother's trap. So just good luck."
"Dad, are you consoling me or making fun of me because due to this statement of yours my blood pressure increased further?" I asked.
"You might even get a heart attack if she continues with what she's doing." He said.
"So can you stop her?" I asked and he said "sorry son I can't take any risk."
I felt betrayed and looked at my mother who was now telling her, "I think you two are very good friends because my son always talks about you."
"Does he?" Maya said and looked at me raising her eyebrows.
WHEN DID I TALK TO YOU ABOUT HER??? I thought and without wasting a single minute I said, "Mom I think you should go now as you have a lot of important things to do." She glared at me and said, "you want your mother to leave from here. Don't you?"
"That's rude Mayson." Maya said and I was awestruck to hear that because I didn't expect her to take my mom's side. Did my mom possessed her? I thought.
"Yes you are absolutely right. My son behaves foolishly sometimes. Don't mind him, he's just being a brat as always." Mom said and Maya laughed.
"Yeah aunty, he really is." She said and smirked.
Dear god, any ghost, spirit, demon etc. if any one is present here right now, then kill me. Please kill me. I thought and looked at everyone with a 'I'm so done with you guys' face.
While everyone was busy trying to make me lose my mind, suddenly we heard someone screaming loudly, "aaaaahhhhhhh" and then...
