Location: Institute Infirmary. Time: 10.00pm.
Elsa could hear beeping the moment her eyes awoke seeing the bright light that blinded her from brightly lit room from white all around her. She felt something tugging at her arm as she tried to sit up, confused where she was and how she got here?
"Looks who's awake." A voice said calmly.
Elsa looks around her trying to sit up again as she fails miserably, she see's Grace wearing a long white coat while her deep brown hair tumbles behind her down her back in loose curls. Grace steps forward holding a black file as she places it down on the bed, coming to Elsa's help she helps sit her up.
Grace "Hey be carful when sitting up, you took quite a fall." She says finishing helping Elsa and picking up the file again.
Elsa "W-what happened?" she asks her throat turning dry from the lack of water.
Grace "You fainted." She confessed.
Elsa "I-I what? Why?" she asked.
"Why didn't you just tell us you were feeling ill?" a voice beams from across the room.
Elsa looks around weakly to find Jack sat on a chair in the corner of the room, her eyes widened as he stands up from the chair and sitting on the ledge of the end of the bed, his arms crossed with a serious look upon his face. He looked mad like really mad when Elsa felt her heart thump a little, seeing him sat there while he was worried about her made something spark within her.
Jack "I knew you were looking unwell but, I thought you would have at least said something." He grew sad.
Elsa "I-I.."
Jack "I know you don't trust us I get that, but would it kill you to at least try?" he snapped.
Elsa "I-m sorry I-I didn't mean....."
Grace "Jack calm down, we can't make her stressed otherwise she could have another episode and besides it's not like I have something that could help for the mean time well that's if she wants it." She turns to face Elsa.
Jack "I thought you told Nick, that whatever you were working wasn't finished yet?" he replied.
Grace "Its not finished but this could in the meantime."
Elsa "What is it?" she asks.
Grace "Well I don't know if it will work I haven't tried it before but, I'm thinking if we used something to counteract the fact you don't have emotions."
Elsa "So what if I don't have emotions."
Jack "Elsa think about this, maybe if this works it would make you see things clearly."
Grace "It might even help you to focus more." she says.
Elsa "That's the whole point of his training so you are focused!" she yells.
Jack "Not like this Elsa." He shakes his head.
Grace "Elsa while me and Teddy were on mission we found people locked up, they weren't doing good. He's been experimenting on them every day."
Elsa "And?" she says coldly.
Grace "And is that all you have to say? You really don't have a heart, do you?" she replied.
Elsa stared back at her blankly without an expression on her face unknowingly how to answer her back. She felt her heart flutter for moment as she caught the blue gaze of Jack, and she felt the resistance of something burning within her.
Elsa "Can I think about it first?" She asks suddenly.
Grace "Sure" she shrugged.
