Location: Jack's room. Time: 2.30PM.
Elsa was sat hunched over a hot mug of chocolate staring out into the window as she watched the world pass her by, she had longed finished the secret mission that Jack had helped her with and had decided to change into some baggier clothes she threw on a pair of joggers and an oversized grey sweater that belonged to Jack as it kept the cold breeze off her skin. The files that she'd been reading by her open wide as her mind was preoccupied with thoughts that consumed her that she didn't even notice the sound of her room door as someone walked in.
Jack "You know the longer you look out there, the more your mind will wonder?" He said smirking a little.
He walked over to the stool that Elsa was currently sat on kneeling down as her blue-eyed gaze caught his making his heart skip a beat. He placed a hand on her leg gently feeling her jump a little from his sense of touch, for the past few hours she'd been in a never-ending daydream about the possible fact she'd been lied to all this time and who could blame her? After everything she'd been through and learning that not only had Pitch been the one to kill her parents and inject her to with a deadly serum to cause her to follow his unbearding rules and had led to something she knew had been wrong this whole time to learning that in fact she had been right about something else not being quite right with the nightmares that haunted her dreams at night. Jack noticed the open files that were sat by her and as he flipped them closed and continued to touch her leg gently, he spoke finally.
Jack "Elsa? You know this isn't your fault, right?" He trailed off.
Elsa made eye contact with his blue colbat orbs that seemed to make her want to jump right into them, her heart fluttered as she tried to find the words she could barely get out.
Elsa "I-I should have known...." She speaks.
Jack "You said it yourself he brainwashed you into thinking a lot of things, so how were you supposed to know?" He spoke.
Elsa "I should have known because...." She went quite as she clutched her cup tighter of the hot container that burnt her fingers until she dropped it to the floor where Jack suddenly jumped.
Elsa went to reach down picking up the shards of pottery that was now in pieces on the floor. Jack swiped her hand out the way as he began to get up to his feet.
Jack "Don't, I'll clean that up." He said walking over to the bin that was in the corner of the room and bringing it over.
He knelt as he started to pick up the pieces until he felt Elsa beside him picking the pieces of cup that she'd dropped to the floor. She touched the Sharpe edges of the pottery as she flinched slightly. She looked down only to feel the tears rolling down her cheeks.
Jack "Hey, it's okay." He nudged her slightly.
Elsa "Sorry....." she said fighting the tears as they still rolled down her cheeks.
Jack "Elsa, talk to me. Tell me why your upset? It is this? Because you don't need to be upset about dropping anything accidents happen." He said gesturing to the broke bits on the ground as he swept them up into the bin.
Elsa hugged herself while Jack finished cleaning up placing the things back where he got them from and sitting on the ground beside her where she continued to cry to herself.
Elsa "I'm sorry.... I never used to cry like this ...." she says wiping the tears from her cheeks.
Jack "You don't need to apologise for anything. Elsa I'm just worried about you ever since we came back from stealing your files you've been quiet and..." he trailed off.
Elsa "I should have known it was him.... I should have known what he was doing to me wa" she cut herself off looking down at her fingertips and staring at them.
