Winters Revenge

Chapter Fifty-One-Surprises.

Location: Nick's Office.   Time: 2.33PM.

Elsa "Stop!" she burst through the room.

Nick sat in his chair shocked from the outburst while Jack stood with folded arms in a huff as he looked out the window only to turn at the moment of his girlfriend entering the room with confidence.

Nick "Elsa this has nothing to do with you." he responded.

Elsa "Your wrong, this has everything to do with me. I was the one who asked him to take me back there, it was me who should face the consequences not Jack."

Nick "He still broke protocol by taking you out of the institute when I asked him not to on an order." He said sternly.

Elsa "Please this is my fault, don't fire him because of something I made him do."

Nick "Fire him? Who said anything about firing him? He just wont be allowed on mission for a while since he disobeyed orders."

Elsa "Then that should be my punishment or anything else, Just don't blame Jack." Her heart raced growing tighter at the fact she knew of the old consequences.

Nick "Elsa, calm down."

Elsa "But it's my fault! Why don't you just listen to me!" she yelled her chest burning at the tightness as she placed a hand onto her heart.

Nick "I am listening to you; wait are you okay Elsa?" her grew concerned.

Jack "Elsa? are you okay?" he asked stepping forward to help her.

Elsa "Ouch!" she said out loud the pain in her chest growing at her panic.

Jack stormed forward as Elsa knelt to the ground hand clutching her chest as it started to grow more painful. His hand went to her shoulder as he saw the stress this was causing his girlfriend as he desperately tried to help her with urgency, Jack turned his head to glance back at Nick who was staring down with a bottle of water that he'd quickly grabbed from his desk handing it over to Jack who popped the top off with ease.

Jack "Drink this." He ordered.

Elsa took the water bottle from his hands as she drank the chilly water easing herself as she felt the warmth radiating from her boyfriends hand that was still rested on her shoulder. Nick came forwards slightly kneeling beside Jack as he started to speak in a soft tone.

Nick "Elsa, try take some deep soothing breaths." He said calmly.

Elsa breathed deeply in and out as she sipped on the water gently as she felt the pain subsiding with each minute that passed, She looked up to see the two pair of warming eyes on her as they stared at her with love and concern.

Elsa "Sorry..." she whispered.

Jack "Nothing to be sorry for." He said.

Nick "Are you okay?" he asked.

Elsa "Yeah, I guess ...." She trailed off.

Jack "You guess what?"

Nick "Yeah, please talk to us. I know you trust Jack more but, don't ever feel like you cant say anything around me. Obviously punishing Jack has triggered something." He suggested.

Elsa "Again, I'm sorry. It was my fault I was the one who convinced him to take me please don't punish him just because I was the one who influenced him."

Nick "Elsa, is there a main reason why your so worried about me punishing Jack?" he asked.

Elsa "Maybe.." she gulped.

Jack "Snowflake, you can trust Nick its okay." He said taking her hand into his.

Elsa glanced at Jack who stared back at her with a white smile as she took a peek at Nick who was smiling like an idiot.
