Time:1.20pm.
Jack "So where do we go from here?" He asked his heart still pounding against his chest while he waited for an answer.
Elsa "I'm not sure." She bit her lip from the nerves that took over her body.
Jack "Why don't we go somewhere more private?" He asked.
Elsa "Private? Oh, sure where?" Her heart leaped.
Jack "I don't know about your room or mine?" His heart fluttered.
Elsa "okay."
Jack "If you don't feel comfortable doing so then all you have to do is say something." He took her hand into his intwining their fingers together.
One of her arms folded against her chest holding onto the upper arm that her hand was now intwined with his fingers, her heart raced as she felt the warmth of his arms wrapping around her pulling her in closer to his body again. The blush on her cheeks formed redder by the moment and she had no words as he spoke.
Elsa "I.... I don't mind." She stuttered.
Jack "Are you sure? We could go somewhere else?" he panicked.
Elsa "No it's fine."
Jack "I promise I won't try and attempt anything on you if that's what your worried about."
Elsa "No, I trust you...." She trailed off feeling her heart skip a beat.
Elsa followed Jack out of the training room and down the hall her heartbeat increasing as they finally reached the outside of her room that Nick had provided her with as soon as she'd finished destroying the interrogation room. Looking back at that moment she should have probably known something was going on with the black corporation. She twisted the door handle to her room walking through showing it was spotless. Jack however couldn't believe someone was so clean it was almost someone had never been in here.
Elsa sat on the edge of the bed while Jack took a seat beside her his hear fluttering like crazy as he tried to clam his nerves. Her hand laid next to her as she leant back a little his fingers slightly touching them as he smiled nervously waiting for them to begin the conversation.
Elsa "So.... what did you want to talk about?" She asked.
Jack "Well I was wondering where you want to go from here?" He wondered.
Elsa "I didn't think.... I thought you were a one night only type of guy?" She confessed from over hearing things while being here at the institute and from high school.
Jack "Elsa, I don't think I could ever be a one-night type of guys when it comes to you." He smiles cheekily.
Elsa "are you flirting with me Frost?"
Jack "I might be." He smiled again his heart beating loudly against his chest.
Elsa rolled her eyes while her heart fluttered inside her body unable to decide what she wanted. She knew Jack Frost was known for his reputation and he had been since high school, the only problem was she'd liked him for so long that it had spiralled into something else entirely and the more she pushed those feelings away the more came rushing back even if she had been trained to not feel anything with the Black corporation there was still something in the back of her mind willing to push them out. The more she thought about everything that had happened that she had been blocking out it all came rushing back even the bad that she never wanted to remember. It wasn't until she felt Jacks fingers slowly keep moving towards her intwining them further that she broke free from her own spiralling thoughts.
Jack "Elsa? Are you okay?" He asked worried about her sudden trance in her thoughts.
Elsa "Ermmm yeah sure I'm fine." She spoke.
Jack "You seemed to have zoned out for a while" he grew concerned.
Elsa "Sorry...." she said pulling away from his hand.
Jack "hey Elsa I have an idea but, it's up to you if you want to do it?" He said carful placing a hand on her shoulder so that she wouldn't flinch.
Elsa "Ermmm yes.... Sure, what is it?" She asked still in somewhat of a trance from her thoughts.
Jack "Why don't we both lie back, and you can rest your head on my shoulder, and you could maybe tell me what's bothering you suddenly?"
Jack begins to scoot backwards prepping the pillows before laying back against them while Elsa stays on the edge of the bed staring down at the blank white sheets that had been creased from Jacks movements and once, she meets Jacks dark blue eyes that stare back at her with worry she looks at the empty space beside him unsure of what to do. Once Elsa decided that she was going to sit beside him she stands up from the edge of the bed and walks around sitting beside him as she tries to make it less obvious that she's nervous around him. Jack preps the pillow on her side making them comfortable as she slides backwards sitting against the soft pillows. Jack gestured for her to rest her head against him, but the hesitation was enough to make him realise she was nervous of what was happening.
Jack "Elsa I'm not going to bite." He blushed.
Elsa scoots further to the side feeling the heat from Jacks body as she moves closer. She carful rested her head onto his shoulder as his arm slowly rested on her waist. She blushed furiously feeling the warmth of his arm resting on her waist.
Jack "How do you do it? he asked.
Elsa "how Do I do what?" She speaks.
Jack "Pretend you are okay." He smiled weakly.
Elsa "I'm not pretending." Her heart pounded.
Jack "Yes you are, you do it everyday and it breaks my heart because I know your not." He says feeling concerned.
Elsa "And what makes you think that?"
Jack "Elsa, you've been through so much. It's okay not to be all right sometimes you know that right?" He speaks.
Elsa "I.... I" she stuttered trailing off.
Jack "Just so you know you can talk to me anytime about anything, or even if it's just sitting here enjoying each others presents." He nudged her lightly against her shoulder smiling.
Elsa "I can? About anything?" She asked.
Jack "Absolutely anything Elsa" he smiled.
Elsa "But what if it it's too much for you? What if...." she trailed off.
Jack "You don't have to worry about going to far or saying too much around me, you can trust me no matter what I won't say anything unless you want too and besides that we were best friends once I knew everything about you." He blushed smiling lightly.
Elsa "Your right we were best friends once.... Just so much has happened since I last saw you and now...."
Jack "And now?" He questioned her.
Elsa "I'm .... fucked up Jack.... I ...." she trailed off her heart beating fast as she tried to say something else, but her throat went dry.
Jack felt his heart skip a beat from feeling the pain shake through her voice and his heart broke knowing some of the things that she'd been through had cause to feel like she was the one who was in fault.
Jack "Elsa you're still that person I used to know you've just grown up and grown stronger in a way that you don't understand yet." He blushed as he confessed his thoughts.
Elsa "I feel like I'm not that girl anymore...." She said sadly.
Jack "Of course you are, she's in there somewhere." He smiled.
Elsa "I don't know.... I feel like she's gone...." She replied.
Jack "She can't be gone forever it's who you are."
