Location: Institute Kitchen.  Time:2.45am.

Elsa walked across the room as she continued to walk down the hallway and headed towards the kitchen that was located on the other side of the institute. She sighed feeling the need of coffee wash over desperately as she finally reached the room only, when she arrived the light was shining brightly above her, and her eyes widened at the person who was still awake and inside the room.

Jack "Elsa? What are you still doing up?" He asked while his heart started to pound loudly.

Elsa "I was just going to grab a cup of coffee." She said shyly.

Jack "Coffee? At this time?" He said glancing at the clock on his phone that currently read 2.45Am in the morning.

Elsa "What are you still doing up anyways?" She asked suddenly changing the subject.

Jack "I'm finishing paperwork off for Nick that he needed. Again, why are you drinking coffee at this time? you should be getting some sleep." He raised his brow.

Elsa "I...." she stuttered.

Jack "Elsa? What's wrong?" He worried.

Elsa "Nothing...." She trailed off.

Jack "What aren't you telling me?" He asked.

Elsa shuffled her feet from the nerves, the truth was she'd just woken up from a disturbing nightmare that had caused her run from sleep, and she didn't want Jack to know what it was about.

Jack "Elsa, you know you can talk to me, right?" He speaks.

Elsa "I know...."

Jack "Then what's bothering you?" He asked.

Elsa "I don't want to say." She confessed.

Jack "Why not?"

Elsa "Because.... I had a nightmare...." She spoke.

Jack "A nightmare?" his heart pounded.

Elsa held on to her upper arm with her other hand, she could feel her fingernails digging into her skin as she tried not to say a word. Her heart pounded loudly against her chest as she thought it was going to fall out of her chest, and the feeling that caused her body to shake violently at became more intense. Jack stared at her as her eyes grew dull and as he looked closer, he swore he could see her shaking from the distance. He quickly got out of his chair jumping up and walking towards Elsa who immediately jumped back at his actions causing him to worry even more.

He stepped back wondering why she was acting the way she was until it hit him in one breath.

Jack "Elsa? I'm not going to hurt you, I'm here if you want me." He held his hand out for her to take.

Elsa stared at his hand the guilt washing over her as her shaking hand went to grab his, she pulled back feeling the tight feeling of her chest take over her as she made a face of pain.

Jack "Anything I can do to help?" He asked clicking onto knowing that she was having a panic attack.

He felt hopeless and he wished he could do something to help.

Elsa "I-I can't stop it. I'm sorry...." She heavily breathed her hand on her chest as she tried to calm herself down, but the flashes of her nightmare came into her thoughts again. Her back pressed against the door as she slid down it.

Jack "It's okay, just breathe. You don't have to be sorry for anything. I've got you." He said crouching down making sure he gave her room.

The room was silent as the two sat down on the floor while Elsa waited for the panic attack to stop. Jack watched her while he tried to think of something to at least help her but, he didn't want to startle her. He suddenly stood upwards walking over to the fridge and pouring some water into a glass from the cupboard above. After placing the water back and closing the fridge her walked back over to Elsa and sat beside her handing her the glass of water.
