Erebus was in his room, concentrating both mentally and physically on manipulating the surrounding gravity. The task was more challenging than he anticipated as he attempted to prevent the furniture from levitating alongside him. The old grimm simply grumbled before losing focus, resulting in everything crashing down with a heavy thud. Surveying the room, Erebus felt a pang of regret.

He's have to clean this up later...

Crossing the room and gazing at the nearest wall, Erebus beheld his sword. The blade was colossal and appeared exceedingly lethal. The grimm knight deduced that it was beyond the capability of any mere human or Faunus to lift it; only the mightiest beings on Remnant could aspire to wield such a blade. Fortunately, Erebus belonged to this elite group, with only a handful of individuals able to rival his recently acquired power and strength.

As Erebus approached the door of his dormitory, a flicker of excitement stirred within him. Today, he would guide Beacon's students towards becoming stronger, swifter, and superior. Initially doubtful of his capability, he recalled the sessions training Ruby and Yang, coupled with his extensive combat experience spanning nearly 150 years. The seasoned Grimm was confident; if he could overcome his former mentor and comrade, then certainly, he could instruct these mortals in the art of combat.

As Erebus walked to his class, he realized his newfound fame; students whispered and pointed at him in awe. It was understandable—Erebus hadn't just defeated Wolf; he had completely vanquished him. With the dawn of a new day, and although Artemis remained, Wolf's menace was no longer a concern. Known as the boogeymen of long-forgotten battlefields and the most formidable slayer of Huntsmen and Huntresses, Wolf's fall allowed everyone a fleeting sigh of relief.

Upon reaching the classroom, Erebus cautiously opened the door, only to be greeted by someone he preferred not to engage with. It wasn't out of hate or loathing—quite the opposite. Professor Porter was just exceedingly curious about Erebus, and that was understandable.

Porter: Ah yes Erebus! It's good to see your taking your responsibilities well! oh the students shall learn more from you than possibly any other teacher!

Erebus: Do not sell yourself short professor, you surely can teach just as well.

Porter: Compared to the legendary grimm like yourself? I'm afraid I cannot compete!

Erebus let out a soft chuckle as he approached the front of the classroom. Gazing at the blackboards, he observed the intricate drawings of various Grimm. Settling down before Porter, the aged Grimm knelt and held mastery control over his pyrokinetic abilities. Yet, it was his newly discovered gravitational power that concerned him more—the thought of those nearby gently levitating amused him momentarily, prompting another quiet laugh from Erebus.

Erebus: I see the students haven't arrived yet, I can only imagine that most are not going to be here on time.

Porter: The young folk at beacon academy will arrive, there's plenty of time for that to happen! but while we're here Erebus, I must ask you a few questions!

Erebus let out a slight groan; although he couldn't blame Porter for his inquisitiveness, it appeared that was all people sought from him. Resigned, Erebus redirected his focus to the elderly human.

Erebus: Speak your mind old friend.

Porter: I'm just curious about the abilities you demonstrated during the initiation! Your fire was most impressive! but controlling gravity itself?! that power will most certainly come in handy!

Porter took a seat in the adjacent chair. Although Erebus couldn't discern his mouth or eyes, he knew immediately that Porter had more questions yet to ask.
