*Jeydon's POV*

I've finally told somebody, other than my cat, about my feelings for Mariah. And then it all turns around and bites me in the ass. That's just great.

I swear, he just knows when I'm gonna show up and that's when he decides to just do something that will rip my heart out. But he did fight for Mariah, which I appreciated a lot.

Now, she was laying in the couch in the RV while Jamie and Kellin were sitting at the table. Mariah had her iPod playing some old Jonas Brothers songs through the speakers and a book on her lap. What else is new, right?

I'd been driving for almost an hour and going on the same amount of sleep. I was ready to pass out. Good thing we only had about 10 minutes left. I could crash Mariah's couch, or in the guest room, or even in her bed when we got back.

Well, I could've done that, had it not been for the four other members of Sleeping With Sirens waiting for us. They all sat on Mariah's porch, half of them smoking, and the others talking on their phones.

Kellin and Jamie ran out of the RV, eager to see them. I rolled my eyes and sighed. All I wanted was to hang out with my friends and maybe get a few hours of sleep. I wasn't going to get any of that. Not today at least. I helped Mariah down the steps of the trailer. Honestly, letting her ride with us in here was probably the worst idea we had ever had, but she had those blue eyes and pouty lips that could get her anywhere. In fact, it was exactly those things that had gotten her to Warped Tour. Now, I feel like I should know better. There was no easy way to get her down from the steps with a thick cast weighing down her leg.

She landed awkwardly on the ground and I handed her crutches to her. She was pretty much ani-crutches. I think it was because she has always wanted a wheelchair to race with. We should have done that while we were at the hospital! I guess we were all just too busy either getting stitches and casts, or being jealous and pissed off.

"Hey guys," Mariah smiled, hobbling over to them awkwardly. And NOT using her crutches, might I add.

"Did I hear something about you falling off a cliff?" Jack asked her, raising his eyebrows.

"And getting kidnapped?" Jesse added.

"And riding four-wheelers like a bad ass?" Gabe said, completely serious. That had absolutely nothing to do with anything.

"Maybe," she shrugged.

"You know," Justin began, taking the crutches out of Mariah's hand, "You're supposed to use these to help you walk, and you aren't supposed to walk on the foot that the cast is on." He started spinning and jumping around on the crutches, and some sick and cruel part of me kind of wanted to see him fall flat on his face.

I was snapped out of my weird, stupid, and jealous thoughts when Mya reached out and grabbed my arm to keep herself upright. I put my arm around her waist and she smiled up at me. She had Whinnie The Pooh clutched in her free arm.

"What is that?" Gabe asked, flicking Pooh's arm.

"That is Whinnie The Pooh, and if that was a serious question, I feel pity for your childhood," Jamie answered as Mariah hugged Pooh tighter.

"Let's get back to the important things!" Justin yelled over everybody. "How are you this okay after falling, on an ATV, down a cliff and then being kidnapped?"

"First," Mariah started, "May I point out that the person who kidnapped me was a person that all of you said was nice?" They all mumbled apologies and pushed her to continue. "And I've fallen so many time on those things that, after a while, you learn the right way to fall."
