*Mariah's POV*
Kellin Quinn was standing at my door. He had on a blue v-neck tee shirt that showed part if his tattoo and a pair of black sunglasses that matched his hair. "You know, you should really answer your door quicker," he said. "And you should let me in."
I stepped inside. Some part of me hoped that, with us talking on the phone a few times, I wouldn't have been like this- completely stunned and freaking out- when I actually met him. I was wrong. I was really, really wrong.
Jamie shut the laptop she had been on and sat up. Kellin grabbed a donut out of the box on the table and sat down in one of the wooden chairs in the dining room. He slipped off his sunglasses and hung them on his shirt. "Okay," he said while chewing. "Who's who?"
"I'm Jamie," Jamie said from the couch. "Its awesome to finally meet you."
"I concur," I said, blushing slightly at the shake in my voice. "I'm Mariah."
"You guys!" Damon yelled from upstairs. "If we don't leave soon, we will have the worst time parking and leaving!"
Him and Jeydon walked into the room, both seeing Kellin at the same time. Jeydon stopped in his tracks. Damon, however, had already done this. He had a major advantage over everybody else.
"He's right you know," Kellin said, doing one of those boy-handshake things that I didn't quite understand with Damon. "You should leave soon."
"Yeah guys, I'm right." Damon smiled arrogantly at us.
"Then I guess I'll just go and finish getting dressed then," I mumbled as I ran up the stairs. Somebody followed closely behind me, but I was too full of adrenaline that I couldn't turn around to see who it was. I grabbed my Cute Is What We Aim For tee shirt off a hanger in my closet and pulled it over my head.
"Here," Jeydon said. I jumped in surprise before I saw what he was holding out. A pair of socks, three hair-ties, and all the rubber bracelets I wore daily.
"Thanks," I said, taking it all. I pulled on the socks, one was blue and yellow tie-dye, the other pink and green tie-dye. I flipped my hair down and pulled it into a quick, and probably messy, pony-tail. The other two hair ties went on my wrist, along with all my bracelets.
"We are going to leave without you!" Jamie yelled from downstairs.
We knew they wouldn't, but Jeydon placed his hand on my back and pushed me lightly to the stairs.

After almost everyone else had gone home, it was just my few friends and the bands left at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center. It was like a dream. Sleeping With Sirens, Memphis May Fire, All Time Low, and Pierce The Veil.
"You guys know any good places to eat?" Alex Gaskarth asked. "Preferably one where alcohol can be consumed."
We nodded. There was a bar down the street from my house which was most likely closed by now, but I knew the owner. And I knew where he kept the key.
A group of loud, obnoxious people who had just come from an all day concert went walking down a dead quiet avenue in the middle of the night. I guess it wouldn't have been so weird - I mean, it was the middle of summer - had most of the people not been famous band members. I unlocked the door and they all flooded past me and into the pub.
I turned on the stereo and grabbed a Sprite out of the fridge, sitting on one of the stools at the bar. Looking at all of the people I had only ever dreamed about meeting, I smiled to myself and did a mental happy dance.
------
*Jeydon's POV*
It was almost 3 in the morning and half of the people were drunk off their asses. Mariah, Damon, Jamie, and I would most definitely be the babysitters for tonight.
Jamie stood up on the bar, kicking aside an empty beer can. Her dark hair, which had been up this morning, was now down around her face. She sounded exhausted, but very happy, and that was all that mattered. "Everybody! Shut up and listen!" She yelled.
While Jamie was giving some speech about how everybody would have to listen to her and try their best to be quiet as the walked back to her house, Mariah slid up next to me and hugged me tight. I smiled and hugged her back.
"What?" I asked her.
"Thank you. Thank you so so so so so so so so much." Her blue eyes glittered as she looked up at me, and she looked so happy that her smile hurt MY cheeks.
"Honestly, it was a pleasure to buy these for you," I assured her. I knew that she still felt bad that I had bought these for her and Jamie, but I didn't want her to.
She stood on her toes and kissed me on the cheek. She hugged me again, and whispered in my ear, "But I will pay you back and you will accept it."
I shook my head, about to argue with her, but before I got the chance to say a word, a commotion broke out in the middle of the room. A glass of beer shattered, sending shards of razor sharp glass flying through the room and a puddle of alcohol on the floor.
"No!" Kellin was yelling.
"Kellin, shut up," Justin, another member of SWS, said, grabbing Kellin's arm.
"No!" Kellin repeated. "You don't know anything!" His words were slurred and he was leaning on the table to balance himself. "It's all wrong! Nothing is right! I don't want to be married! If I didn't have a daughter, Katelynne wouldn't be part of my life anymore!"
Justin sat back in his chair and the whole room sobered, no matter how much alcohol people had taken in. Mariah looked up at me, her eyes big and worried. Jamie, Damon, and everybody else in the room exchanged glances with the same worried eyes, before all resting our eyes on the ground.
"I don't love her!" Kellin continued. "I don't want her, and nobody can try to tell me otherwise."
Mariah, who was probably the shiest and quietest person in the room, found this a place to speak up. "Kellin, honey," she started. "I think you're drunk."
"Maybe I am, but I cannot lie when I drink," he said back.
"On that note," Damon said, "I think its time we all headed back."

*a/n I have nothing against Katelynne personally, nor do I think that Kellin is only married for his daughter. This is just for the sake of this fan fiction and drunkenness. Thanks for reading! xoxo (:
