*Damon's POV*

Mariah was helping me move the rest of my furniture into my room, which was pretty interesting because the two of us combined had the upper body strength of the average 20 year old. We did it, though.

Since Jeydon had called her out the other day at dinner, I had been watching her closely. Jeydon was right. She wasn't eating like she should be. When I asked him and Jamie about why, they told me that they had decided it was because of Kellin. I had always thought of her as a confident and smart girl that wouldn't stop eating for some guy, but it was a definite possibility.

I couldn't talk directly to her about it, though. She wasn't really talking to Jeydon, even though I'm pretty sure he thought the whole saving her thing would make it all better. They were talking, but it wasn't at all like it used to be. Her and Jamie were okay, but I could tell that something was going on there and I wasn't sure what it was.

Her and I, however, were closer than we ever had been. I liked hanging out with her every day. It had me really thinking about my next location being a hell of a lot closer to them.

Right now, she was torn between cleaning the apartment, or editing and uploading the video she was supposed to today. Somehow, I had pulled her away from both long enough to move in my bed frame and mattress, but now she was back to her computer. "It's your apartment," she told me. "You should clean when you're expecting company."

I smiled and ruffled her hair as I started picking up what I could. That didn't get me very far considering there was a knock on the door in a few seconds. Mariah popped up from her seat and ran to answer the door with a smile on her face.

Jamie and Jeydon came out of one of the back rooms, a nervous smile on Jamie's face and a scowl on Jeydon's. Kellin walked in, only giving Mariah a hug. Then the rest of Sleeping With Sirens walked through the door. Maybe I should have cleaned a little more. I wasn't expecting this much company.

*Mariah's POV*

I opened the door and had to force the smile to stay on my face. Kellin gave me a quick hug, and I knew why. When he said he was coming to see me, I really didn't count on him bringing the rest of the band. Justin, Jack, Jesse, and Gabe all came in after him, giving me hugs too.

I was getting pretty sick of Kellin playing me off as just his friend. Like, I get the whole thing for Copeland, but Justin and Jesse weren't his daughter. Why did he have to hide me from them? I didn't really want to bring it up to him, though. I mean, it took a lot for me to get this guy to like me. I wasn't just going to start a nonsense fight over a stupid insecurity.

I closed the door and walked back over to my spot on the couch, putting my laptop back in front of me. I was half-way done with editing this video of Damon and I, but it was hard to focus on anything when you had a ton of people around you.

Damon told me that he would help me edit in his room, if I wanted. I really had to get this video out, so I stood up and followed him. "Make sure you filter it so I look pretty," Damon said, laying on his bed.

I sat at his feet and rolled my eyes. "You're always pretty, Damon."

"Liar, liar. Your pants shall catch on fire," he retorted.

"I'm trying to put out this video. Can my pants catch in fire after?"

As much as I tried, focusing and getting this done quickly wasn't a option. I couldn't focus on anything for more than five minutes, especially with Damon sitting next to me.

I had just clicked upload and tweeted that a new video was on it's way when I heard a commotion in the living room. I dropped the laptop onto Damon's bed and jumped up, him close behind me. I opened the door to see something I never expected. Jeydon and Kellin were in eachother's faces, Jesse holding Jeydon's arms so he couldn't swing. I had apparently missed something important, because some shiz was going down.
