" What happened?" Kai exclaimed as he ran to the big computer, putting his mask on.
" Miss Demeanor's smuggling vengestone." LLoyd replied as he typed something on the computer. A video showed up, live filming from the scene, showing the lady flaming the crops.
" We need to get there, NOW!" Cole declared as he put his mask on.
Then Nya looked around.. " Where's Jay?"
" Sleeping." Kai replied.
" Could you wake him up? It's an all hands on deck mission." LLoyd requested, grabbing his katana.
Kai nodded. " Got it."
He ran to the elevator, went up, ran to Jay's room, and burst in.
He did not like what he was seeing.
Jay was shivering, clutching Mr. Cuddly Womp, and buried under at least three blankets, all thick.
" Jay?" He asked, walking to his brother. " Are you okay?"
Jay peeked out from the blanket. " Y... Yeah." He whispered, his voice hoarse.
Kai put a hand to his forehead.
Jay was burning.
Yet he was still cold.
He frowned a bit, but Jay didn't notice.
" Jay, there's a mission. Are you coming?"
Panic flashed in his eyes. " Uh..... I'm really tired, Kai. Maybe next time."
Kai nodded understandingly. " I'll go tell the others."
He quickly ran out of his house and into the elevator.
" He's sick, isn't he?" He muttered as the elevator took him down.
When the door opened, he stepped out and sighed as he looked at his friends. One look at Kai's face told them all they needed to know.
" You're staying?" Cole asked, stretching.
Kai nodded and sighed. " I have to. Who knows what he's gonna do if he doesn't get treated."
Lloyd nodded. " Stay back. We'll take care of it."
Kai nodded, and the others ran out, leaving Kai to think how he was going to tackle this.

Jay coughed in his elbow, closing his eyes and groaning. He had this headache, his throat was scratchy and dry, and he didn't want to get out of his blanket. Suddenly, the door creaked open. Jay peeked out of his burrow. There was no one. But then Kai walked in with a bunch of things in his hand. Medicine, thermometer, his other stuff, and a bunch of other stuff. " Kai?" HE whispered. " What's all this?" Kai set everything down, sat on his knees on the floor, took his gloves off, rolled his sleeves, and sorted the things. " Tools." " For what?" " To make sure you heal okay." Jay groaned. " Not this again." Kai looked up, looking at Jay square in the eye. " Yes, this again! What did you think I was gonna do, let you perish on your own?" Jay buried himself back in his blanket. " Yes." " Nope." Kai said, with an edge of amusement in his voice. " And since you can't be trusted where you're feeling down, I'm doing a full check." Jay sighed. " You can just ask me, you know." Kai stopped sorting. Jay held his breath, hoping he just gave up and left. He didn't. He lifted the edge of the blanket and looked at Jay. " No, I can't. You'll just tell me your head hurts and that's it." Jay groaned, though he couldn't argue with that. It was true. He didn't really tell anyone if anything was wrong. Usually Kai found out on his own. Which is why Jay had been taking deception classes. They had been working for a few days, but he couldn't take it any longer. He couldn't handle how his head hurt so much it felt like someone dumped two bowling balls on his head. Kai noticed Jay wincing. " Easy, Buddy. Easy." He said, grabbing an ice pack and pressing it to his brothers curly hair.
