Mia groaned as she stood up and brushed herself. She looked at her clothes - her prime Empire ones.
They were back in the game
Mia turned back to find her team
" What are we doing here?" Cole exclaimed as he used jays head as a support to stand up
" I will answer that question AFTER you apologize to my brother."
Coles eyes widened. " You know why we're here?!"
No answer. Cole sighed.
" Sorry, Jay.*
" It's okay, Cole " Jay replied cheerfully.
Lloyd looked at the eight year old girl. * Why are we here?*
" Have you ever heard of the digital blades?"
Kai nodded. " Wu told us about it. Long time ago, a good genie pirate named Nadakan -"
" NAKAKHAN WAS A BAD PIRATE HE ALMOST KILLED NY BROTHER AN-" she realized the others except the Jaya were staring at her.
" Whoops. You don't remember."
" Don't remember.... What?* Kai asked.
Mia rolled her eyes. " Where's Unagami?"
Unagami materialized, flickering slightly as he adjusted to the digital realm. "I am here," he stated, his voice echoing through the virtual world.
Before Mia could respond, a sinister mechanical laugh echoed through the air, sending a chill down everyone's spine. From the shadows, a figure stepped forward—tall, menacing, and with glowing red eyes.
"Mr. E..." Lloyd muttered, his eyes narrowing. "Of course."
Mia groaned, throwing her hands up in frustration. "Ugh, not that robot! Why is it always Mr. E?!"
"Miss me, little one?" Mr. E's voice was cold and metallic, his movements smooth as he twirled the digital blades in his hands. "I believe you're looking for these."
Jay's eyes widened. "The Digital Blades? He has them?!"
"Obviously," Mia said with a huff. "And now we have to get them back before he does something even more disastrous. Typical."
Cole cracked his knuckles. "Great. Let's just smash him and get those blades."
"Not so fast," Mia interrupted, stepping in front of the group. "This isn't like last time. We can't just fight him the same way. These blades... they control everything in the digital world. We need a plan."
