" What's new today?" Emma mused as she flipped through the newspaper.

" Weeeeeeeeeell, uh....." Mia sipped her tea. " There's a new creature called Klinkclangalangalang in the museum?"

Emma shot up. " Klinkclangalangalang?! Sounds cool!"

Mia gave her a look. " Right. Cool. Totally."

Annie walked in. " What's this Klinkclangalangalang thing anyway?"

Mia shrugged. " Dunno. But this one wants to go see it."

Emma squeeled. " It'll be great for my artist block!"

Annie gave her a deadpan look. " Yeah no."

Emma’s eyes sparkled with excitement as she clutched the newspaper tighter. "It’s perfect! An unknown creature, probably with all sorts of bizarre features! It could be just the thing to get my creativity flowing again!" She bounced on her feet, clearly lost in her own world of ideas.

Mia, who was sitting back and savoring her tea with a side eye at Emma’s enthusiasm, took a sip and raised an eyebrow. "Sure, sounds like a great way to get inspired... by a creature no one really knows anything about."

Emma gave her a dramatic glance. "Mia, that’s the beauty of it! Mystery breeds creativity. Think of all the sketches I can make, the concepts, the sculptures—"

"Okay, okay," Annie interrupted, eyeing the overly enthusiastic Emma. "But you do realize you have no idea what you're walking into, right? It could be... I don’t know, a giant rock with a creepy face or something that just makes clinking sounds all day."

Mia chuckled at the thought. "Right, could be a rock with an attitude problem. Or maybe a clink that just gets old after ten minutes."

Emma paused mid-jump. "But it could be an artistic inspiration rock! What if it speaks? Or glows? Or—"

"Or is just a random thing someone gave a silly name to for attention," Annie said, her tone dry, "not everything needs to be artsy, Emma."

Emma grinned, undeterred by Annie’s sarcasm. "You have to admit though, 'Klinkclangalangalang' is a pretty cool name! It sounds like it should be something out of a sci-fi movie. I must see it!"
