" GARMADON IS DOING WHAT?!" Jay shrieked, eyes wide with disbelief.
" I told you! He's at the spa, getting a full-on makeover!" Lloyd groaned, throwing his hands up in frustration. "You have to help us! I don't know how much more I can take."
" Why are you even calling us for this?" Cole asked, glancing up from his snack. "You and Wu should be able to handle it."
Lloyd’s face fell into his hands. "We tried handling it! Wu tried talking some sense into him, but all Garmadon did was suggest he get a mani-pedi too!"
" A mani-pedi?!" Zane said, looking horrified. "This is not the behavior of a warlord! He’s... lost it."
Mia, who had been quiet until now, glanced at the others. "I think I get it now. It’s not just a spa day... it’s a crisis."
Jay raised his arms. "And we’re all stuck in the middle of it! Do you know what it’s like to see your dad talking about face masks like it’s the most important thing in the world?!"
" We tried everything to get him out of there," Lloyd muttered, his voice low. "We told him it was a waste of time. We told him it was embarrassing. But nooo, now he’s acting like a teenager with his first sleepover!"
"We need to stop this before it gets any worse," Cole said, cracking his knuckles. "This is beyond what we can handle on our own."
Master Wu, having finally left the spa in defeat, sighed as he entered the room. "I've tried reasoning with him... but the man is beyond saving."
" This is worse than I thought," Zane said, shaking his head. "I never expected Garmadon to fall so far."
"Alright," Jay said, clapping his hands together. "Operation ‘Stop the Diva Dad’ is a go."
The group began planning, figuring out the best way to undo the chaos Garmadon had caused. It wasn’t going to be easy, but if anyone could do it, it was them.
Wu paced back and forth. "I’ll go back and try talking to him again. Perhaps I can reason with him if he’s not too deep into his ‘spa trance’."
The others exchanged looks, all clearly doubtful. "Good luck with that, Wu," Mia said, her arms crossed. "We’ll be here if it goes south."
Master Wu left the room with a sigh, determined to do what needed to be done.
Meanwhile, back at the spa, things had escalated even further. Garmadon was now lounging with a hot stone facial mask on, sipping tea like it was the most relaxing moment of his life. His hair was freshly done in curls, and the nail polish was glinting in the light.
He looked up at Master Wu as he entered. "Wu, darling! You’ve come to join me? You must try the mud bath! It’s simply divine for the skin, and it pairs wonderfully with the cucumber-infused tea!"
Wu stared at him, his patience thinning. "Garmadon… you are a warlord, not a beauty queen! Get out of here. Now."
Garmadon pouted. "Oh, don’t be such a spoil sport, Wu! It’s only a bit of fun. You should loosen up!"
Wu shook his head, but before he could respond, Garmadon stood dramatically, letting his robe slip off one shoulder.
"Are you certain, Wu? Are you sure you don’t want to experience the transformation?" Garmadon purred, a smirk on his face.
Master Wu looked like he might explode. "That's it!"
Meanwhile, back in the room with Lloyd and the others, they heard the unmistakable sound of yelling from the spa.
"Well," Cole said dryly, "looks like that didn’t work."
Mia sighed, "What now?"
"I think it’s time for Plan B," Lloyd muttered, shaking his head. "And I really, really don’t want to know what that involves."
