Unwritten Letters
Dear You,
In the quiet hours, when shadows softly creep,
I find myself writing words I can never speak.
A letter sealed in silence, its ink my heart's plea,
Each line a confession, a longing to be free.I watch you from a distance, your laughter in the air,
But words slip through my fingers, tangled in despair.
How can I express what my heart cannot say,
When every glance and whisper feels a million miles away?I crave to tell you, but fear wraps me tight,
The depths of my feelings, hidden from your light.
In dreams, I reach for you, and we share sacred space,
But daylight breaks the magic, leaving only trace.Your smile holds the sun, your gaze, the night sky,
And in the softest moments, I feel my spirit fly.
Yet here I sit, my heart tangled in despair,
With letters left unwritten, hidden treasures rare. What if you knew, my love, the ache of my heart?
How I yearn to bridge the chasm that keeps us apart?
Each unwritten letter is a secret I keep,
A testament to love that runs both wide and deep.So here's my confession, though never meant to send,
You're the echo in my soul, my lover and my friend.
And though these words remain in shadows where they dwell,
Know you are my story, my unwritten spell.Forever yours,
In silence and in dreams.
