Winter's Embrace
In the hush of the morning, as dawn starts to break,
A world draped in white, a beauty awake.
Frost-covered branches, like lace in the sun,
Glisten and shimmer, where winter has spun. The trees stand like sentinels, regal and still,
Clad in their garments of snow, they fulfill
A quiet enchantment, a serene, snowy peace,
Where nature's artistry never shall cease.Icicles hang like crystal chandeliers bright,
Reflecting the sunlight, a breathtaking sight.
They drip like slow tears from eaves high above,
Each drop a reminder of winter's cold love.Fields blanketed softly in shimmering white,
A canvas for footprints, a playground of light.
Children's laughter echoes, their joy fills the air,
As they tumble and play without worry or care. The air, sharp and crisp, carries whispers of chill,
Yet in every breath, there's a magic to fill.
The world is transformed in this season so pure,
Inviting us in, with a promise of more.As twilight descends and the stars start to gleam,
The moon bathes the landscape in silvered dream.
Each flake a small wonder, a piece of the whole,
In winter's embrace, we find solace for the soul.So let us rejoice in this frosty delight,
In the beauty of winter, where everything's right.
For in every flake that descends from the sky,
Nature whispers its secrets, and we cannot deny.
