Silent Snowfall
In the hush of night, when the world holds its breath,
A soft, gentle whisper heralds winter's bequest.
Snowflakes begin dancing, like dreams in the air,
Each delicate crystal, a wonder so rare. They twirl through the twilight, in silence they fall,
Transforming the landscape, enchanting us all.
Blanketing rooftops, and wrapping the trees,
Creating a canvas where nature finds ease. The streets are now quiet, their noise gently tamed,
As snow drapes the earth, and the world is reclaimed.
Footsteps are muted; the laughter now hushed,
In the magic of snowfall, the chaos is crushed.A soft glow from windows, where warm fires burn bright,
Invites us to linger on this tranquil night.
Outside, the moon weaves its silvered embrace,
Casting shadows like lace on this crystalline space. The air, crisp and fresh, carries whispers of dreams,
As the night settles softly, wrapped in moonbeams.
The stillness surrounds us, a blanket of peace,
In this moment of wonder, all worries release. So let us be quiet, and cherish the sight,
Of a world softly sleeping, in winter's pure light.
For in the silent snowfall, we find a reprieve,
In the stillness and magic, we learn how to believe.
